I remember when I was 15, we went 2 Italy 4 my grandmother's funeral, and during the 6wks we were there, one of the places we went to was Fair Verona to see "Juliet's balcony ". I had a littlest souvenir painting of Juliet on the balcony with Romeo leaning on the balustrade gazing into het eyes. It hung on my bedroom wall until our family home was sold in 2000! I still remember when the movie 🎬 "Romeo and Juliet " by Franco Zepherelli staring Olivia Hussy and Leonard Whiting came out. My mother drove my best friend and I to see it....we both got a HUGE CRUSH on Leonard Whiting. 😊🥰 Watching this tour brings me back to when I was 15yrs. Thank you so much. This is a very beautiful walk in this famous town of Verona. You started tour at the Roman Arena but missed the Castles. It's OK because you covered most of the famous places. It's nice to see so many people around and the beautiful shops. I'm fashion conscious that's why I enjoy the shops. Thank for video. I enjoyed it very much.
Oh my good god ! I have visited 4 times, twice for opera season! Absolutely magnificent! So walking friendly! There’s a lovely Pizzeria in a converted church- about 70 variations on the menu!!! One of the prettiest cities in Italy- if you have not yet visited, please please do so in Summer! Pandemic has taught us life is fragile and unpredictable! Italy is not a country, it’s “carbohydrates”, once you visit, it makes you hungry for more 😀😂!! Or is it just me???
VERONA - eine märchenhaft schöne Stadt in die man sich schnell verlieben kann. Verona bietet viele wunderschönen Sehenswürdigkeiten und erstrahlt die illuminäre , italienische Atmosphäre . Ein Ort wo sich die Touristen und Einheimischen voll fühlen.
Una de las cosas que puedo notar durante el recorrido a pie, es que donde más consumen los turistas es los restaurantes, las otras apenas se ve al turista comprando algo, lo digo porque casi no se ve a nadie con bolsas de compra en sus manos! Pero gracias, el recorrido es precioso! Éxitos 🙏
I went there once, only for half a day, but it seemed very nice. Verona also has a very good hospital that I recommend, my uncle had surgery there for a brain tumor and my friend's husband for a pancreatic cancer.
