looks good, although.... let's say I've got a pneumatic remote actuator button traveling into an omega cistern, what do I do in that situation? because it doesn't look like the existing pneumatic adapter will fit on this new flush valve
Does this have more power than the Kappa one? The flush on my gebereit kappa is weak compared to my Toto closed couple toilet. The gebereit struggles to flush toilet paper often doesn't flush toilet paper on the small flush setting. The Toto one does everytime, even on the small flush setting
We would be interested which WC ceramic is installed to the Kappa flushing system. The amount of water is regulated by a norm, so the most impact on the flushing performance lies in the WC ceramic.
@@GeberitGroup Thanks for getting back to me. The WC ceramic is TOTO, it is considered the best in the market and has a tornado flush. I have a closed coupled toto toilet in the other bathroom and the flush is much stronger, the water comes out with more force and power compared to the wall hung one which has the Geberit Kappa cistern
Just bought a duofix cistern with this flush valve in it and a Sigma 80 panel. I have a Sigma 80 in another toilet and the installation was easy because it shows what to remove and add. On this new one, i can not find any material on what to add / remove to get the sigma 80 working. Is there no available instructions on how to modify this TYP 212 unit to work with Sigma 80 panel ?
@@marekmierzynski5834 I did try fitting the panel, after removing the one of the 2 pull parts, and now the pulling servo mechanism can fit, but i do not know if i need to remove more, and i am not at the point where i can fit the toilet, yet as i need to construct the box that goes around the cistern first. The sellers webpage states clearly that it works with Sigma 80. But i think maybe i need to remove something else, because now it pulls the "Large" flush, and i would imagine that the part that is removed in the bottom of the old one is to make it not do a full flush, but only flush as long as it is pulled up.

I feel Gebrit makes complicated solutions for easy problems. 🤷♂️
There are better alternatives on the market.
We think our solution is quite appropriate for most situations. The beauty of this product is the ease of installation and the flexibility.
