I can't believe you can't get a dog Tegan :O Here in Hungary there are soooooo many dogs waiting to be adopted. Old, young, small, big, you choose! If this craziness is over, visit any of the shelters in Budapest and take 5 dogs home LOL.
Or go to basically any country in Eastern Europe and scoop one off the streets. It's ironic how you can't even find a dog to foster or adopt there, and here you can stumble upon at least 5-10 stray ones on your daily walk...
