Real life hypothetical season
True
My first thought upon hearing this was “this year is going to look like an unrealistic hypothetical hurricane season isn’t it? Well maybe not unrealistic anymore
Imagine the WMHB Beryl
@@Eastsidet03OH GOD NO.
@@asm2708 oh gosh
The earliest Category 5 hurricane so far, beating Hurricane Emily in 2005.
Correct. Emily was July 11
I didn't expected this
Earliest major too
@@TheKeenTribeBaryl really set the bar low for that record, and it’s the SECOND STORM OF THE SEASON!
It needs to survive a long long time to beat Freddy
👀🙆🙆 lord please help us in 🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲 we need your divine intervention
@@leshabernard1836 This is literally nothing compared to what's prophesied! Read about the hailstorm in Revelation.
It will go back to 2 by Wed. Thanks be to God,glory hallelujah.
Let's pray the wind shears really bring it down. Cuz these models was underestimating what can happen.
It feels like Beryl is trying to break the record for most records broken by a single storm.
I think it’s the strongest B named storm in the Atlantic
@@imreallyagoat yeah
@@imreallyagoat and only the second B named category 5 Hurricane.
@@Thememegodwannystar1 Ouuu what hurricane is that in your profile pic. Hermine, Elsa, Matthew, Irma?

Can’t believe it. This means that Hurricane Beryl is the earliest recorded Category 5 ever in the Atlantic. This record has beaten Hurricane Emily in 2005 which was a Category 5 on July 16. Beryl is going to definitely be remembered for a long time from its impacts now and in the future.
Yeah....with a 1000 miles of open sea ahead of it with much cooler water....which means considerable weakening....this storm should be a non story very soon......
@@keithbrown8814 Yeah, but now looking back it’s taking a very similar path to Emily 2005, which didn’t really weaken when it made landfall in Mexico. Hopefully Beryl won’t be the same thing as Emily.
pretty sure it will landfall around jamaica as a Category 3 so most likely gonna be retired meaning it's gonna be the 4th B Hurricane name to be retired if it does get retired since Bob 1991
crazy season start so far
This is the most insane thing I’ve seen in my couple of years tracking storms, maybe behind Otis
This, hurricane Hilary, and Otis all happened within a year. I am worried for the future
Otis was something else I wanna see a weather doc featuring otis at the start as a intro to the 2024 hurricane season
@@Nil-pb7sfdon’t be. Hurricanes have always happened…
This storm has really blown us away (no pun intended), seeing this thing become a cat 5 so early on was something I don't think anyone saw coming
You know what that means what ever hurricane in August or/and September Come will be bad
As soon as she reached 150 mph sustained wind I knew she would attain Category ( 5 ). 😰
I don't know if I have any other way to say this but holy sh!t this is a very serious storm. I can only imagine what the rest of the season will be if the SECOND storm of the season is already a CATEGORY 5.
The title "Record Shattering" does not describe this storm, this can only be described as record setting. What a time to be studying meteorology and what a time to be alive.
its broken 7 records so far
Climate change.
This time period will be remember as the end of the "6000 year calm", when the mild climate that helped humans develop an advanced civilization came to it's end, and the extreme shifts took it's place
make that 8, by windspeeds this surpassed hurricane emily, the strongest hurricane in july
This is a historic hurricane and without presidents in the history of Atlantic hurricanes, Beryl category 5, we are seeing a historic event right now, just one year of Otis in the Pacific
You guys can stop now... It is now a cat 5!
Weenies won't stop until a us c5 landfall lol
I am absolutely blown away that there is a Category 5 Hurricane in early July!!! This really makes me fear August and September!
Wow Hurricane Beryl breaking records left and right!
The Earliest Category 5 Hurricane in Atlantic on Record Since 2005's Hurricane Emily
Imagine what Debby’s intensity will be. I might be wrong since invest 96L has dropped to 40% chance.
Now Beryl has three all-time records: earliest C5, strongest storm in June and July in NATL.
Wikipedia lists it having 6 records... the other three are a little more obscure but still
And earliest Category 4 and earliest Category 3
It is a category 5 hurricane called Beryl. I have a category5 purricane named Daryl.
Lol, the AI summary
@@TipZ_Kody that got me crying lol
THEN, the 2024 hurricane season started a little late, but then, Beryl develops and reaches a record of the strongest hurricane in June, and even category 5!!! and a beautiful eye
That hypotetical Season 2024
Cat 5??
Unpredictable cat 5
Intense!
This is a monster hurricane
this storm looks like it escaped from the hypothetical hurricanes wiki
I’ll tell you this, I never expected a category 5 storm this early in the season and it’ll be August officially next month. Hopefully everyone in Barbados and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines survived this storm. Since it’s likely Beryl reached it’s peak intensity, good thing it’ll start to weaken in the Caribbean. When Beryl gets to the Gulf Of Mexico, I wouldn’t be surprised if it retained hurricane status again since the SST’s in the Gulf Of Mexico are hot.
right now i'm hearing maybe one death in svg . tree came down on someone's house but don't take it as fact. when i was talking with family the connection was cutting in and out. i was also hearing about a death in carriacou, grenada. another roof collapse but i dont know how true that is. barbados got really lucky. fam there is just dealing with clean up from fallen trees and other debris. coast areas have storm surges and the fishing industry is devastated because a lot of boats got damaged or out right sunked.
Are y'all serious?? I just got home, just to find out it's a cat 5??
Boy, Jamaica is in for it😢
Nah it’s supposed to weaken significantly from here on out

Hi live in jamaica it no look good😢😢😢
Beryl broken a record and their name should be retired.
Insane storm. I think that beryl could hold major hurricane status untill reaching Jamaica.
I think this season is going to be quallity over quantity
I think it’ll be both tbh
prob both it's possibly gonna be like 2022 in august where it stalled till the waters r warm then spawned alot of storms and could be 2021 September where it spawned a decent amount of storms and this season could probably get a december storm

I feel like I just witnessed the Ava of the NATL right now. Category 5 this early is insane
I've been trying to avoid the obvious Sailor Moon joke ever since it formed, but now that it's at 165/935, it can't be avoided any more.
ALL HAIL QUEEN BERYL!
Its been 40 years since the communist take over in Grenada & military action by the U.S. in regard to that situation. Now the Russians have ships near Cuba. Remarkeable storm to mark the 40th anniversary of the freeing of Grenada from communist take over. Amazing ppl in Grenada to have survived such a record breaking storm! God bless everyone there & in the path of this incredible storm Beryl. Go away Beryl! 😢😢❤❤❤
Nah bro Cat 5 in June/July is very wild.
The earliest category 5 hurricane on record beating 2005. Also The second “B” named storm to reach category 5 in 57 years.
Before anyone was concerned about this storm, I saw a vision regarding its landfall. I saw it making landfall in Mexico near Texas. God bless everyone in the path of this hurricane. ❤❤❤
Biggest shock ever in fact this is the most records broken by a single storm which includes basin records and worldwide records so this one broke one too many times
on the serious noted just evacuated even if they weakened you are in danger still
fortunately Berly will not be breaking any records for loss of life injuries & damage as it is over the sea & weakening from now. Why is it weakening over such warm waters? Is it wind shear?
I knew it my prediction yesterday was correct if you saw my prediction comment in the last video
How it was delivered in the news as of recent, i KNEW this was gonna be a c5.
I guess it will be 175mph
This is crazy!
Hopefully it doesn’t turn north towards Texas because I’m flying out there in a few hours to stay there for a bit over a week(Houston area)
I’m struck by all the convection exploding around the outer rain bands mostly to the north and northeast of the core in the final frames. Could this be indicating that it is currently growing?
I don't wanna know what the rest of hurricane season will bring. Sheesh!
Tell your government to stop the war an fuk up the atmosphere.
Welp, it has done it. Need I say anything about else...
I’m Lost Of Words Rn…..
this is literally insane bro i swear

Hope that the rest of the hurricane season isn’t that bad right?
This season has really started out with a bang
I think this season will be very hypotheticaly
Last B storm that made cat 5?
In south TX watching closely😟
My predictions were correct it would reach category 5 status shortly and it will probably affect jamaica with category 5 winds. This is the earliest category 5 since hurricane emily (2005) but dennis i think is the earliest major hurricane ever
wait no i ment category 3 sorry guys 😅
earliest cat 5 ever actually, a week earlier than Emily
@BAT99-98 yes i know beryl is the earliest cat 5 ever and i was wrong dennis formed on july 4 beryl was much more earlier

Yes!!! an update!!!
Whats so stressful is NHC continuously saying it will weaken but if that were true and we were on the original track, it would probably be losing major hurricane strength, call me crazy but my thoughts keep it a c4 to & possibly past Jamaica. Hopefully some shear can wear down the storm before then.
True it actually hit Jamaica with 145 mph
Yes. Literally for 2 days straight, they were saying “it’s gonna weaken soon” and as it was going from a 120 Cat. 3 to a 180 Cat. 5
I did
Ohh cat 5
Wow
Hi guys. See my latest update that I just posted on my channel about Beryl affecting my little island Jamaica
Doubt the weakening, and most models have a Texas impact
They'll probably downgrade it next year like they did with Iota
It’s still intensifying
I doubt it
That was due to suspect SFMRs. This upgrade was due to flight level winds. They're different.
Nope, THERES more evidence that Beryl was a category 5 compared to hurricane iota
Beryl was probably underestimated, Recon found at least 175mph, and they only went with 165
This is surreal. I remember when the storm startet organizing over the open Atlantic, people were forecasting maaaaybe a cat. 2 that would get sheared apart once it entered the Caribbean. And now it's cat. 5 in the Caribbean. 100% agree with that estimate from NHC, it looks like a textbook cat. 5 on satellite. 🌀🛰️
