But then I remembered this, (My best friend would always play it while we sleep and I'd fall asleep in a span of 4 minutes), and finally for once I was able to sleep. I still slightly struggled to sleep and stuff bc im anxious and stuff, but instead of only dozing off, I actually fell asleep with this in a span of 10 minutes.
This is really helping me study!! But I do admit that sometimes the tingles are a little too strong and I almost fell asleep lol. Thanks for this video!!
