Creepy Guys at Gyms Are Making Women Uncomfortable

- Chelsie Gleason was working out at the gym when she got some unwanted attention from a very persistent guy. When he came too close, she exclaimed, “Don’t come near me!” When she posted the video on social media, she was praised for her no-nonsense reaction. The 20-year-old told Inside Edition the guy had been annoying her for weeks, and that she was scared at that moment. But Chelsie is far from the only woman feeling hassled at the gym. So what do you do if you’re being creeped on at the gym?
Usually when a girl doesn't talk to you that means she's not interested.

A girl friend was harassed in the gym by another woman, she began by telling her that she was very beautiful, my friend at first did not take it so badly because it was another woman, but little by little. became obsessive and scary!
People should realize two things;
1. If someone has earphones, don't try to talk to them.
2. If someone is by themselves and shows no signs of wanting to interact with anyone, don't try to talk to them.
Even if he wasn't stalking her, it's so disrespectful to be in someone's personal space like that.
Actually its freedom of speech and anyone can talk to anyone in a public space. I could come up to you and talk about how the Earth is flat and it would be perfectly legal

That's a myth. You can be in phenomenal shape and be very attractive, yet have girls see your approach as harassment. And you can be ugly and fat, yet have the girl welcome your advance. It doesn't matter if the guy was ugly or not, even if your the most attractive and handsome guy in the room it doesn't give you the right to harrass and invade a woman's person space whether it's at a gym or on the streets, this behaviour isn't acceptable.

I used to hit the gym everyday during less busy hours and there will be random women that would carry their dumbbells right in front of me and start doing RDLs. I have no choice but to look at her butt because I’m in a middle of a set of shoulder presses. It’s so awkward
Women would do this even if the gym is almost empty. Like you have the entire gym; why do it right in front of my face 😂
It only takes one creep in a whole gym full of people to ruin person’s day and mental health, not to mention the gym’s reputation.

It’s annoying how persistent some people can get
Separated gyms is the solution, men can workout and women can do the influencer stuff they crave or workout if they so desire.
Funny how just 2 years later the roles would reverse. Now it's narcissistic women at gyms making men uncomfortable🤔🤔

Being a "gym rat" myself, the guy was definitely a creep. Especially considering it said he approached the woman multiple times, let her workout in peace. My issue is though the double standard. I've seen women approach guys at the gym,and if the guy rejects them though, the guys is called a jerk,or he's being mean ,or he's called gay because she thinks he don't like women. So if we gonna label one gender a creep, let's do the same when the situation is reversed.
Speaking facts
Do so called creepy women gr0pe men???
Sexual harrassment and assault is wrong regardless of gender. Why do men not understand this
@@caprisun6910 they do, they just don't care.
Facts do unto others as you want them do unto you
Let me say this right here:
Boys can get harassed and girls can get harassed. It goes both ways, no matter how much you tilt it or spin it, were all equal to such a crime.
It’s curious that having forced their way into and thereby destroyed the sanctuary of many men’s spaces, women still feel entitled to their own spaces.
I can’t help feeling the alphabet mafia is a bit of payback
As a guy myself, let me share some advice with all you men out there:
You either got it, or you don't. And if you don't got it, no amount of persistence is going to change her mind. Man up and let it go.

Men get a bad rap because it happens so frequently. Women do some crazy things too. I’m a massage therapist. And I can safely say at least 50-100 women that I’ve massaged have tried to give me body signals and breathe heavier and louder when I massage their body, especially their legs. This 21 year old girl asked for a condom and wanted to have sex on my table. And it was at the spa! Other women spread their legs out so wide and some other women told me I can grab their butt with my hands like I’m squeezing it. Many women have talked sexual and flirty with me while I massage them. I’ve seen multiple women get wet and it seeped on my sheets. It’s not always one gender doing it. One girl made me so uncomfortable because she was trying to spread her legs so wide while face up, I had to constantly move her legs in. The worst part about it was that there were two of her guy cousins in the same room with me also getting massaged by two other therapists. 🤷🏽♂️

@@cassvii9954 Define personal space.
@Roslia Gold I don't have a problem if a gay guy does it to me. Because he's doing what society requires of people in order to meet potential mates: approaching them. I've had gay guys approach me and I play it off just fine. You can't define personal space because personal space is different for each person and/or cultures. What you see as getting in her face he probably sees as trying to get her attention.
@Roslia Gold I'm only commenting on the video here because I have no evidence this lasted for weeks. My main issue is that personal space is not uniform for everyone and that if you're approaching someone to introduce yourself, you're going to be entering their personal space.
I was working out listening to music had a guy slap my behind when and told a member of staff they looked on the camera's he got a lifetime ban and arrested.

i still remember an incident where i was walking home from music class . there was no one else on the road and suddenly it started raining,a guy came along in his bicycle and when he saw me suddenly got out. i was walking with my umbrella,he came and put his arm around my shoulder and started asking me questions like where's your home, i got taken aback,,i felt uncomfortable and i suddenly flinched and ran ,thank god my house was just a few feet away. I was 13 years old at that time...i told my parents immediately but by the time they came out he'd already gone...
Yeah you had a scary incident, but that man clearly had mental problems and unfair expectations imposed on him by society that forced him to get women despite being undesirable. Imagine living every day as a monster with no therapy in existence to absolve you of impossible burdens. Compulsory heterosexuality is a real issue in our society that makes interactions like your incident possible and it should be stopped.
