My friend is suffering with post-covid tinnitus as well. He did get a nasal spray prescribed that REALLY helped fast though. The specialist said it will go away on its own eventually.

I have a beard, but I don’t like having it. It’s just convenient and hide some features I don’t like after my health fell apart being traumatised & cancelled. It’s not that I have anything against beards. I just would prefer looking clean.
No one care about my features so I guess this is a nice substitute.
