I'm thinking of doing this recipe for a school project but i wanted to know if it was okay to put it in the oven for a bit with cheese so it becomes baked ravioli. Also how many people does it serve?
@@uhohspaghettios4116 actually, let me help you by being specific - so add in butter to your pan and set heat to medium or medium low, then allow it to fully melt then add in your minced garlic and cook it for a few minutes, season the garlic with a pinch of salt, then add in flour with the same exact amount of butter that you put in earlier (example: 3 grams butter = 3 grams flour, you get the idea) allow the flour to mix in fully with the butter and let it cook for at least 3 minutes to cook out the raw floury flavor, after this is when you start using a whisk, add in pasta water while whisking continously to remove lumps, then add in the milk and keep whisking until the sauce becomes completely smooth and lump free, then add in the rest

Nice. But I recommend either splitting the ravioil or putting some water or olive oil so it doesn’t stick.

Not good idea, the olive oil will rise to the top which will make the water spill and fall out. I recommend you just stirring it or adding water then.
If you spilt them, everything in them will fall out.
@@fridaylong2812i think what they meant by splitting is cooking the ravioli in 2-3 batches instead of all together in one pan.

Yes, you are right, many people add oil to the boiling water . But that will prevent the sauce from coating to the ravioli which is not advisable.
