First of all, original drinks can cause the same damage to internal organs. Second, drink your brand because you are likely to know a fake when the taste/smell is off. Don't do ijekuje 3rd, inhale your drink and take a sip neat before mixing to get the original flavour. 4th, there is a racket in clubs/lounges with expensive price tags ESPECIALLY when waiters/promoters receive payment into their personal account. A waiter who receives payment for 10 VSOP (club price) might declare 6 bottles and buy 4 bottles from a store to replace the inventory. Most times...with fake 5th, avoid cocktails. Most lounges/bars/clubs do not use the expensive stuff for it. 6th, if you feel the drink is fake, Most likely it is.
My own be say.. Who are these people producing and circulating dis fake drinks everywhere and why is the government not looking into the matter? Is it until everybody kpai finish?
Drink water or make ur own fruit juice at home. Buy d fresh fruits n make ur own smoothies. All these drinks you buy at clubs are not real. I dont care if you pay 10million dollars on d drink. There is tooo much poverty in Nigeria, and everyone think big prices mean something is original. It doesnt matter how nice the club or house is - dont drink outside
No mind am. Almost all supermarkets in Nigeria. Probability of getting anything that is original is like 5%. I used to verify NAFDAC number of products on NAFDAC's website. Earlier this year, that site stopped working properly and returned false negatives for every search, it wasn't that way before. I tried informing NAFDAC, nothing was done about it. That tells me NAFDAC is working hand in hand with these counterfeiters.
Nigeria is a doggy environment where anything goes. Even the products from the big names and brands are not 100% safe. People should avoid eating and drinking outside if they have concerns about the source of a food or drink.
