Considering the pristine comfort and stylish amenities (pjs!) it’s a superior value to many American hotels. I wish you could’ve shown the open air bath. For the cost this seems to be on par with places here in the US. Looked lovely and peaceful. I still have the memory of my daughter and I staying at a nice hotel looking out over the city at night...wasn't as peaceful as your streets, but I like walking at those times for that reason. What worked for me is turning captions off. Then go to settings select auto translate instead of English. Then choose English.

The captions won't switch over to English. I've gone into settings and have it on English but the captions stay in Japanese 😞
I got mine to work by turning off captions then go to settings and select Auto translate instead of English. Then choose English.
