  • Assalam-o-Alaikum! Aaj hum aapko dikhayenge ke kis tarah se aap ghar mein asaan aur jaldi mutton nihari bana sakte hain woh bhi pressure cooker mein. Is authentic recipe ko follow karte hue aap maze ki nihari bana sakte hain jo bilkul traditional nihari jaisi hogi.     Ingredients:
    2 tbsp sounf (fennel seeds)
    Thodi si sonth (dry ginger)
    3 tbsp ginger garlic paste (dori danda se kooti hui)
    2 finely chopped onions
    1.5 kg mutton with bone
    1.5 tbsp lal mirch (red chili powder)
    1 tbsp haldi (turmeric powder)
    1.25 tbsp namak (salt)
    1.5 liter pani (water)
    2 tbsp aata (flour) for thickening
    Optional: 1 tsp zeera powder (cumin powder) and 1 tsp dhania powder (coriander powder)
    Instructions:
    Step 1: Ek makhmal ka kapra lein aur usme sounf aur sonth daal kar potli band kar lein.
    Step 2: Ginger garlic paste banayein dori danda se.
    Step 3: Piyaz ko bareek bareek kaat lein.
    Step 4: Mutton ko bones ke saath ready kar lein.
    Step 5: Pressure cooker mein piyaz ko light brown fry karein, phir ginger garlic paste aur mutton add karein.
    Step 6: Mutton fry karte waqt lal mirch, haldi, namak aur sounf-sonth ki potli bhi add karein.
    Step 7: 1.5 liter pani add karein aur 20 minutes ke liye pressure laga dein.
    Step 8: Pressure release kar ke, potli ko nikal kar achi tarah nachoor lein.
    Step 9: Aate ka solution bana kar nihari mein add karein aur 10 minute ke liye dam pe rakh dein.
    Step 10: Nihari ko garnish karein ginger julienne, green chili aur hara dhania se.
