Dude your channel is one of the best! Ever since watching this channel I feel it's helped me fine tune and coordinate my EDC such as color coding my carry and upgrading my tastes in what's out there! It's always fun to see what other guys are carrying and photos of EDC are an art in itself! It was only a of a few months ago I decided to color theme my EDC and now I'm working on my next EDC theme for the Winter/Spring season. Thank you Best Damn EDC and it's contributors! Young guy like me under 30 has learned a bit from this channel in that what and how a gentleman carries is just as important as how he dresses himself.
The Oveready BOSS is actually considered somewhat of a steal amongst custom flashlights. From a technical, functional aspect it is one of the most advanced flashlights in existence. Most USA-made custom lights will run you about as much as the BOSS with much less function. I have a lot of higher-end flashlight reviews on my channel if you’re interested in getting into the game! If there’s one thing in the EDCs you showed that I’m jealous about, it would be the Koenig Arius. The Arius is definitely grail-worthy.
These videos really brought me into the EDC community. Can't wait to dive in deeper and see what else lies ahead! Keep up the awesome work! I guess I'll go with 1095 because steel and knives and EDC.

Hey man know this vid is a little old but I’ll warn you I’ve had problems with my North Fork. The wood Cracks and chips when dropped. I’ve had to send it back a few times to get new scales. The diamond wood is pretty brittle. I am an avid hunter so I’m pretty tough on knives. This knife would also be a little heavy for edc in my opinion. I’m not the only one that has had problems with the north fork. My best friend also has this knife and has experienced the same chipping and cracking. Now I only have a sample size of two but these are my experiences. Thanks man.

Congrats on becoming a dad, the most important job any man can have. I'm a stay home dad due to injury and basically being in employable. I buy a lot of tools for my workshop, the 1 question each tool must get a yes to is, will it be good for my son to use when Im gone. Everything I buy is really for him to have later, weather its an edc or my complete workshop..... Handing down is so much more important than just buying new stuff for your kids. Yea he's only 7 at the moment and I buy him cheap lil tools for now, but as he gets older he will end up with all my tools and things I've collected for him along the way. No point buying or building cheap junk, when I build something or repair something I don't do it to last 6months, I look to more long term items.

I really can't see carrying a traditional slip joint as a back up knife. You have so many cool little utility knives that act as a back up knife AND have the added functions of a utility knife.

1870 - The year that Jules Verne published 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea and nearly single handedly created the Science Fiction genre. Also the year of the Franco-Prussian war which ultimately lead to WWI and WWII so in hindsight perhaps not the best choice of numbers :)

Just received my Braza Bro mini in titanium and love it! It could be a lil sharper tho. Any tips on maintaining a s35vn blade? I don’t know anything about knives or metal. Thanks
The Spyderco Sharpmaker will make quick work of S35VN! If you want to go cheaper, there's a Lansky sharpener that's similar. Or the Work Sharp Field Sharpener.
