Roman check the sensor in the front of the camera on your CANON for a FINGER PRINT ON IT!!! Usually a camera will go out of focus if there is a finger print on it! Clean the sensor off that should clear up your focus problems!
I can almost guarantee he won't do them anymore. They were getting so much mail that they would do a 2-hour video and only get through half of it. The mail was coming in faster then they could open it.
