    Thanks for the detailed review. I love when there are newer reviews for this hotel. This looks more like a panoramic suite than the city corner but is still very impressive. I think the panoramics are more expensive than the city corner actually. I would love to stay at Vdara but I think I would aim for a fountain view if possible.

      Benjamin O'Blenis yeah this suite does resemble the Panoramic suite. The only differences are that the Panoramic suite has an extra half bathroom, and the layout is slightly different.

    I go to an annual conference in Las Vegas and no matter what hotel it is held it, I ALWAYS stay at Vdara and ALWAYS reserve a City Corner Suite. A couple of years ago even though I reserved one but none were available so they upgraded me to an Executive Corner Suite which in my opinion was nice but not as good as the City Corner Suite.
    Vdara doesn't even feel like you're staying in a hotel but more like your own condo and is totally self contained. Plus being on a corner makes its very quiet, away from elevators and excessive foot traffic. In all the times I went, I always got a good nights sleep.
    Vdara doesn't cater to the crazies that roam Las Vegas Blvd as it faces Harmon Ave instead. No loud gambling, no smell of smoke, a good fitness center and "Market Vdara" makes better coffee than the Starbucks which is located right next to it in the lobby. If you must have a dose of casino noise and smoke there is a walkway to Bellagio right after the Starbucks in the lobby.
    If you go to Vegas more than once a year, get an "MLife" card. MLife card holders have a separate check in line and if you reserve a standard room they may upgrade you to a City Corner Suite for little more or even nothing if they're not busy. The MLife card is good at any of the MGM properties.

      Carmine Vdara is amazing, I as well have never had a bad stay there. It's certainly a top tier hotel in Vegas, and as you mentioned, perfect for those who don't want to be around the smoke from a casino, and the suites indeed feel like a condo instead of a hotel room.

    I think they reclassified this as a Panoramic Suite. I stayed in room 39-048, identical room just higher, in January and it was booked as a Panoramic Suite. I called them thinking I was inappropriately booked. The manager said I was in fact placed in the correct room.

      I was just about to say the same thing. This looks more like the panoramic suite I stayed in December 2023. Your title confused me as I was looking for the actual City Corner Suite room, lol. We had a washer & dryer in our room. I don’t think you had shown one for this room. And we didn’t have a vanity area in the bathroom. They opened up that space/wall from the bathroom to connect to the kitchen area instead.

    Hello! I heard there were two different layouts for the corner suit, did you request for this specific layout? Or, what did you ask for when checking in?? Thanx!! great video!

    • @TheVegasParadise
      @TheVegasParadise  5 лет назад +4

      mschriztah thank you! I didn't make any special requests at check-in. From my understand, this is the layout for their City Corner Suites. They also have an Executive Corner Suite, which has a L-shaped layout that distinguishes the 2 different corner suites. The Executive Corner Suite is very similar in layout to the Panoramic Suite (which isn't considered a corner suite). Lol I know it sounds confusing, but I have a video of all 3 suites, so that way you can see the difference in layouts between the suites.

    • @kyklain86
      @kyklain86 5 лет назад +1

      The executive corner suite is a lot bigger. More like a panoramic suite. But this one looks nice too. I usually get the executive corner cause it's more room for my kids.

    • @TheVegasParadise
      @TheVegasParadise  5 лет назад +1

      @@kyklain86 the Executive Corner Suite is actually the same size as the City Corner Suite. The layout of the Executive Suite is very similar to the Panoramic Suite as you stated, which makes the suite look bigger

    • @TheVegasParadise
      @TheVegasParadise  5 лет назад +2

      Naio13 Vdara is worth every dollar spent! By far one of the most underrated hotels in Vegas. I'd say my favorite suite is the Panoramic Suite, but you can't pick a wrong suite. Appreciate the support!

    • @jazz93
      @jazz93 5 лет назад +1

      Naio13 Trust me, it is worth it. I have been to Vegas over 100 times. I am single Man and I have noticed that women love getting away from the hustle and bustle at the casinos. When you are partying hard, you love coming back to a quiet place and women love not having a far walk to the room when they have on heels. For this reason I always book the Vdara, Delano or The Cromwell.
      Also the sq footage is more than 300 ft larger than The Cosmo so the sheer size is worth the $$$. Every girl that I have brought here says it is the best room they have stayed in. Lastly, you can shut the door when someone is sleeping and do your work away from home without disturbing someone or being disturbed yourself

    This suite is SO much better than the panoramic suite and is considered lower on Vdaras pricing. Just stayed in this room 3 nights last week. Yes the extra half bath is nice in the panoramic but it eats up square footage and the layout isn't nearly as nice as this room.
