What would you think of a Battle Belt or padded hip belt? Have you tried it?
This is personal preference, normally on assault packs, I stay away from the hip/waist belt/strap of the pack. Only when using a full size ruck I use periodically the hip/waist belt/strap to reduce the stress on the back and shoulders.
I do want to say that the material used in this assault pack for the straps seems to be not as stiff as the issued assault pack while maintaining its durability.

@FalcoReviews thank you so much. Just purchased one and thinking of turning it into a Goruck Weighted Workout Ruck. Bought a Tom Bihn Aeronaut 45 frame so hopefully that might help with weight.
@@chrisboulanger1860 I don't you can interface the assault pack with a frame, but nothing to stops you from getting creative with your gear!
@FalcoReviews Sweet!! Awesome! Do you think the pack is built well enough for weighted rucks? Like with a sandbag or an iron ruck weight?
@FalcoReviews My bad, I should've mentioned it's a frame sheet, not a full frame. Like in the issued assault packs but with an aluminum stay
