It isn’t! It’s perfectly acceptable to upload things from Disney as long as there is no announcement that says something can’t be filmed. For example, in Mickey’s Philharmagic, the recording says at the beginning that video recording is prohibited because it contains scenes from movies that are copyrighted pieces of work. This is safe to upload, but thanks for your concern!
