Hi I love the fact that you’re doing a video on spices, seasonings & herbs. Allspice is just a spice it’s not a mixture of anything just wanted to let you know. 🇵🇱🛶🐢🌈👩🍳🇺🇸
Love this video, man! The wife and I make our own taco seasoning simply to cut down on the sodium. Never going back to store bought after making my own!
Love this video!! I've got all of those spices in my pantry except for the smoked paprika. I've just got regular paprika.. You aren't lying that spices can make or break your meals.. :)
This is a fantastic idea! My daughter is moving out, so I’m going to bottle a few different blends, for some of her favorite dishes...Also, one of my daughters is living in Ecuador, they have a beautiful legume down there called cho cho, ( I plan to order some on Amazon) and would love to see you work your magic on this legume, I know nothing about it!
I guess Im asking randomly but does anyone know of a tool to get back into an Instagram account..? I was dumb lost my password. I appreciate any tricks you can give me.
@Owen Matteo thanks so much for your reply. I got to the site thru google and Im trying it out now. Seems to take a while so I will reply here later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
@Owen Matteo DAMN IT REALLY WORKED :O I literally hacked my ig account after ~ 40 minutes of using the site. I had to pay 15 $ but for sure worth it :O Thanks so much you saved my ass !
lol Cajun food is not spicy. I’m from Louisiana and we do not make food hot like that. You could’ve got away with a teaspoon or less of cayenne. If anything the paprika and salt should be the star player not the spice. I’m not sure where you are but if you haven’t you should check out a grocery store with a bulk spice department. The quality is sometimes better than what you’d find bottled and it’s cheaper a lot of times for making your own spices. 👌🏾 Good job I’m going to try the coconut one.
Thanks for sharing the video cause I didn't know a lot about spices and I really don't use that much salt sometime no salt at all so this was good to know...
I usually make my own taco seasoning with cumin, paprika, oregano, onion and garlic powder. I put it in the grinder cup of the bullet and blend into a fine powder.
Thanks for all the hard work you do and the great recipes you give us. However, I do not see the Gingerbread cookies on my Fit Men Cook App. Can you fix that please? 😄
Hi I’m back can you ask for my mix. I love Bangers it is a English sausage. But you don’t have to make your own sausage you can just make little patties like with pork sausage. Black pepper oregano thyme sage onion ginger and poultry seasoning. When you make your sausage patties with pork cook it up in a little patties and serve it with mashed potatoes and a onion sauce. 🇵🇱🛶🐢🌈👩🍳🇺🇸
I am back also 1 teaspoon is your supposed to make it flat when you’re making 1 teaspoon to make a tablespoon if you don’t have a tablespoon you can use 3 teaspoons together equals 1 tablespoon. 🇵🇱🛶🐢🌈👩🍳🇺🇸
No dear all spice is an actual spice. It looks similar to peppercorns but larger. It’s what gives jerk it’s characteristic essence. Ground Nutmeg is nothing like the whole one you should try it and compare. I can continue...but you are really missing out you are only half way there.
So happy I found you on here. Game changer.

thyme tea is good for women especially during that time of month
Thank you! I'm from Brazil!
Oh man, what a great use for powdered peanut butter. Thanks for the great ideas!
Do you think it is better to get ground pepper or get the whole pepper and grind it yourself (black or white pepper)?
Very good question. I've been wondering the same thing.
Grinding it yourself is best. Already grind pepper, like anything else, can go stale if not used in a timely manner.
Thank you for the awesome content! Saludos desde México 👋
I usually make my own taco seasoning with cumin, paprika, oregano, onion and garlic powder. I put it in the grinder cup of the bullet and blend into a fine powder.
thanks, I am going to have to try that one as well...
09echols Deffo making this!
Love Love Love. Spices and seasonings are everything, especially when you dont use much salt anymore.
Why don't you use much salt? It's good for you and dangerous to have too little, plus it tastes great!
The peanut coco with shrimp? What you think?
My favorite spice is chicken flavor powder

Cumin is life
“One of my favorite “. How many favorites do you have ?
The only place I experiment is in the bedroom. I don't think I can take any of these spices there.
