Those were the days! Going to the observation deck of the theme building Saturday afternoons. It all changed early 90's.
A visual delight back than going to the airport now is boring. Everything is 737 and a320 now
Definitely not the golden age. I remember flying back then as a kid with my parents and the cabin was full of bloody smoke!
Ok, but you had plenty of space, Nice seats, Nice food etc….
