  • Oregon pinot noir grapes being dumped directly into the hopper of the VM2.0 vibrating dosing table, then onto the VS 3.6 vibrating sorting table. The clusters are then consistently metered into the Euroselect destemmer. This process works well at a proper sorting rate of 2 to 3 tons of grapes per hour. Very gently treatment and whole berries are the result even with a very delicate and thin skinned varietal such as pinot noir. This destemmer works very well with small tightly clustered wine grape varietals. Its lack of speed (4 tons per hour maximum) is outweighed by the result of intact whole berries.
