    I've never seen such a lack of negative comments on a video on this channel.
    This guy is very likeable and has no form issues.

      That's because 99.9% of them know this is the single only place ever they will be able to get away with talking shit to someone who looks like that. I really doubt that many people just trolling on misc. youtube channels are in that great of shape. I thought this work out was awesome though, highly recommend.

    Have never been so excited to try a workout in my life. I want this day to finish so I can go to the gym to smash those arms. One of the best videos of this channel and what a likeable guy. Learned a lot from him

    just did hus workout with half the weights. call an ambulance and make a bed reservation in the nearest hospital. I am done with arms. next month again :p

    Holy fucking shit!!!!!! This workout gave me the most intense pump in my biceps ever, I was looking for a new arm workout and this one kicked my ass, I couldn't feel my arms after, can't wait to do it again.

    I had the best pump of my life. At the end ı was not able to curl my arm. I was not even able to flex. Thanks for that. Everybody must try this workout. ! INCREDIBLE !

    Checking in the day after and... my arms are destroyed. A refreshingly different and complete arm routine. Haven't felt this good about an arm workout in a while. Thanks for sharing Kizzito. You the man!

    8:03 looks like a sure way to an injury lifting that bar like that to set up for skullcrushers, especially when the bar get heavy.

      Fraudulent Earth yes, unless you’re flexible and strong everywhere. He should have picked it up like I do, I rest the bar on the bench a few inches behind my head.

    I just did this arm workout and I had to lower the weight once but I still got an insane pump, I like using the ez curl bar because u can add weight in small increments to increase over time

      Use what you can reach 8-12 reps with.

      too much for a newbie unless you're chemically enhanced - half that amount of volume should suffice. A sure way to damage your wrists and elbow tendons doing all those heavy curls and extension supersets in the same workout.

    A good workout but keep in mind that wen doing a pullover your getting adduction of the arms held by the lats and your not getting nor protraction for the serratus or rotation for the obliques
