hi , please I need help , my licence is expired (Ansys 2021 R1student version) and I need to finish my work , so I downloaded the Ansys 2022 version and I want to do the same steps as you but the problem I don´t have "student.lic" file in the old and in the new version
It works. Thank you. But, the thing is I have to download the whole package (6 GB) in order to extract the license file (2 KB). I don't know why Ansys did not provide such an easy solution. (I saw many questions and perhaps even some complaints about this issue on their forum)
There is no "student.lic" in the downloaded zip.
