Yeah? What Samsung OS did they create? How much did they copy from Apple? You see a lot of Samsung computers being used? How much money is Samsung losing? Samsung just lost 122b in value. Have fun with your creased phone.
@stevens7409 lol it's not that serious little girl. BTW I just googled your claim they lost 122b. From what I read they made a profit of 4.8 billion in 2024. Up 933% from the year before. Just what I read. Either way it's just a phone, chick. Calm down.
@@stevens7409 sorry apple fanboy but at least Samsung is giving us sometimes something new like fold phones, apple didn't and apple is also copying from Samsung or android. Apple didn't invent anything interesting in over decade, do you know why? No point cause apple fans will still buy and worship slightly upgraded phones with upgraded price.
This may explain why they removed the curved edge on their recent flagships. Because they reinstate the curved edge just for the rollable models. That way, curved edges become justified, not just aesthetic-wise. 😊👍💯
Every tech is expensive at start. Remember flatscreens? My first one had 17“ and was over 1000 bucks. Noy you can get 75“ for 600-700 if you shop around for a bit…
It's crazy how Samsung is constantly innovating trying new things and not simply even just trying but continuing to upgrade the things that they try instead of picking something up and throwing it away when people don't like it. No they try continue to mess with stuff and innovate where is iPhone and Apple just sits there saying hmmm 🤔 did I hear someone say they wanted a new lens for their camera 😮💨
Probably be 3 grand for that one since the fold 6 is already at almost 2 grand.I love the Huawei tri fold wish we could get Huawei and Xiaomi tech in the US
@Mirror Pro To be honest, I really want to see Samsung make a tri-fold smartphone instead of a rollable phone. But if what they're making is that prototype they showed off with that big display, then I'm already sold on it.
Z fold 6 already almost as thick as Huawei's tri-fold phone. And I spotted that even their rollable prototype has the same ugly crease like Z fold 6. They definitely need to work harder.
love my fold 6 but 20w chargeing? still has a crease? and only very minor updates, i feel samsung is behind other manufactorers, if it wasnt for one ui and its well made software for fold id have gone oneplus foldable. and for the price you dont get a wall plug or even a cheap case in the package, something i think should be with all 24 series, flip and foldables.

A rollable phone has been my dream for a few years now but I'm just not convinced they can do it well. Especially seeing how well a foldable can get to 10.2 inches. Time will tell I guess but it's exciting none the less.
Dont make rollable phone please. That is a unpractical concept. First, you can't never take advantage of the space inside the body of the phone. When the rollable unfolded, all of the extended area is empty inside. On the other hand, you can put an ultra-thin battery cell in the extended area, which makes it more efficient. Second, the rolling mechinism seems to be very fragile and easy to be broken by dust. The extended area always seems to be very soft and not stable (like the LG Rollable) Third, rolling mechinism takes time to extend fully.
What could possibly go wrong?! Hope people have a ton of cash for replacement cells after the screen gets stuck, bent, warped. $300 a pop is ludicrous when you spend it at least twice...
i don't think having this soft screen exposed all the time as the only main screen in the phone , and without even screen protection , will be a good idea , since its still so sensitive screen & easy to get scratched or damaged ,, hiding it in the fold will be much more safer , while using the cover stronger screen
These have been in development for some time. I recall experiments with flexible monochrome LCD and the effort to create a device with a roll-up display back in the late 1990s. At the time, I thought a monochrome roll-up device would be commercially available in 10 to 15 years, with a color display available about 10 years later. No monochrome display appeared (development went straight to color AMOLED displays instead - thank goodness). Good to see this development. It's about time, although I thought it would be a bit different (more compact when rolled up).
One drop and you're buying a new one, why do people think these phones without bezels are great? I'm on an s9 and it's the worse feature you could have with the rolled edge can't select things on the edge with my finger and there is no phone case that works good with it, people asking for these features must not be working a hard job or are active cause it seems like you don't move the phone and lay in bed all day
If Samsung want to over take all chinese brands, all they have to do is add the SD micro card again and jack for the antenna for radio with IR blaster and they will be king.
LG already made the first rollable phone 3 years ago but they shuttered their phone division. It's most likely Samsung is using the screen and designs.
More moving parts from Samsung meaning more issues and more expensive to fix. Major flaws on the Samsung foldable screens and speakers. £600 fixes also where they do the best to scrap the warranty to the owners of these phones. Great with the ideas but try to roll out things to quickly... I don't like the direction Samsung is going.
The screen would be vulnerable, but if combine with a fold mechanism, the screen could belongs to the inner display, and the phone can have the thickness of a foldable phone and expands as a tablet!!
Imagine you have this phone in your pocket and then accidently press the button that roll out in you're pocket, but have not the space for that. What could this happend with the phone?
DLWC • Nothing will happen. If an elevator's "rollable" door can be stopped with a sensor so you can stop it with your hand, then that principle can easily be applied to a cell phone rollable screen.
Most likely there won't be a physical button on the phone but in the phone when it's unlocked. Also pressure technology has been around for decades much like an elevator doors when close will open back up if something is blocking it.
And you think nobody at Samsung has ever thought of that possible outcome?... Sometimes people forget these OEMs are industry leading tech giants. They're smarter than you give them credit for. If the scenario you described ever happened, the phone would simply roll back into place like a closing elevator door which reopens if touched midway by someone. Understand than your phone packs a light sensor, accelerometer, proximity sensor as well as other technological features that are built as fail-safes to prevent such calamity, and if there ever was a malfunctioning, then that would be a unique exception but the phone would always roll back into place, once it touches an impediment on any of its corners. If this explanation still doesn't quell your reservations and curious concerns, then I don't know what would... Happy Waiting.
Rollable display is the only practical solution to foldable crease issue
Wow, something finally worthy of upgrading from my fold 3
Meh. Moto razr 2024 is the way to go on many levels
iPhone user go that way u still stuck in 2009😂😂
Yeah? What Samsung OS did they create? How much did they copy from Apple? You see a lot of Samsung computers being used? How much money is Samsung losing?

Remember. Only Apple fanboys care. No one else gives a shite.

@stevens7409, did you also know that apple phones are like 75-90% android parts? lol they just slap their logo on it and upcharge your dumbass 😂
I'd like the Samsung to be transparency rollings..the best innovation 💯💖
This may explain why they removed the curved edge on their recent flagships. Because they reinstate the curved edge just for the rollable models. That way, curved edges become justified, not just aesthetic-wise. 😊👍💯
They need to make a phone similar to the Huawei Tri Fold phone
I think rolling would be better, as it reduces failure points.
I remember seeing this rollable at a conference tech show back in 2013 they have a few different types for brands to buy and make them their own!
Yeah, and I wouldn’t be surprised if this was $3000 at least
And $300 per replacement devices when the screen/frame gets bent, warped, or stuck
yeah apple would sell it for $4999 USD
Then they can keep it. $3000 is too much for a phone; in my opinion.
Every tech is expensive at start. Remember flatscreens? My first one had 17“ and was over 1000 bucks. Noy you can get 75“ for 600-700 if you shop around for a bit…
That is cool 😎 👌 👍
Wow. I cannot wait to see this one.

We can hardly wait for it
I may get the second generation. rollable phone, see how it works out?
NO MORE DISPLAY CREASES!!! 👏👏👏
Please launch it first samsung!!!
@Mirror Pro To be honest, I really want to see Samsung make a tri-fold smartphone instead of a rollable phone. But if what they're making is that prototype they showed off with that big display, then I'm already sold on it.
Rollable would be better. No crease. More sturdy
Tri fold is literally stupid. Roll sounds amazing
Hauwei just did trifold and it's beautiful
Z fold 6 already almost as thick as Huawei's tri-fold phone. And I spotted that even their rollable prototype has the same ugly crease like Z fold 6. They definitely need to work harder.
Foldable phones doesn't last long and can easily be damage. A rollable screen will be a thing in future and it's more daily use friendly
Roll 👍👍👍
Samsung is miracle tech company . We are big uses samsung gadgets. Daily life ❤
love my fold 6 but 20w chargeing? still has a crease? and only very minor updates, i feel samsung is behind other manufactorers, if it wasnt for one ui and its well made software for fold id have gone oneplus foldable. and for the price you dont get a wall plug or even a cheap case in the package, something i think should be with all 24 series, flip and foldables.
Will they release the tab 11 roll. I want the 32 inch tablet

Auf die Schutzhüllen und die Panzergläser bin ich gespannt 😂😂😂
They should call it the new NOTE.
They do first in foldable but now they stay at last 😂
Samsung is rolling down the road. Bue bue Samsuuuuung.
Yeah, Samsung is TOTALLY gonna make a phone with 2 S pens....
A rollable phone has been my dream for a few years now but I'm just not convinced they can do it well. Especially seeing how well a foldable can get to 10.2 inches. Time will tell I guess but it's exciting none the less.
Tf are you saying the rollable is 12 inch......
Rollable screens have much more potential than foldables, for one simple yet powerful reason, foldables have that annoying unacceptable crease !
All that reversed engineered alien technology put to good use💪
I believe 2026 MAY BE a more reliable release.
The scroll 📜 is making a comeback.
Does that make sense if z fold exists tho?
a good question
Dont make rollable phone please. That is a unpractical concept.

their next aim is not tri fols it's rolldable phone can use like a tab 😱
That's gonna be a pretty penny
What could possibly go wrong?! Hope people have a ton of cash for replacement cells after the screen gets stuck, bent, warped. $300 a pop is ludicrous when you spend it at least twice...
is this a concept??
OPPO already has rollable phone in 2021 called Oppo find X2021
Nah, rollerble phone will never be able to beat foldable phones cuz of battery size limitations.
Oppo also has a roller phone.
We still got a whole year to stress😂
Here comes another ribbon on screen problem 😔
Cool. Now we get to wait another 5 years before this is even remotely usable.
How we stop phone theft first 😂
Could imagine the price lol
Got the idea from LG
They want to counter Huawei but it's too late, Samsung and Apple are playing their little games of adding a button etc...
Yall do know lg was going to come out with that before they quit make phones. Look up lg rollable phone.
I prefer this to that dmb folding phone... they look ridiculous with that line split right in between
I liked the idea of a rollable phone but if the mechanism malfunctions... Then what? Lol it just rolls up and unrolls by itself? Ahhh
Diese Idee habe sie geklaut. Vor drei oder vier Jahren hat OPPO schon ein Prototypen gezeigt. 😡😡😡😡
So next year, Samsung is gonna publish the same phones that OPPO and Huawei just published this year.🤔
i don't think having this soft screen exposed all the time as the only main screen in the phone , and without even screen protection , will be a good idea , since its still so sensitive screen & easy to get scratched or damaged ,, hiding it in the fold will be much more safer , while using the cover stronger screen
Oppo released rollable phone years ago
Z Roll 하네
so it be new phone device first samsung galaxy s25 samsung galaxy z fold 7 maybe and now samsung roll of next year
If this is true it'll be the fold killer all because of creasing
Good channel. But begging for subscriptions and bells is a turnoff for me. Sorry!
S펜은 제발 노트에만 넣어주길...
The fold 2 or 3 is enough nothing comes close to them
3000 usd ? for sure
Please don't use curved edges, they are very annoying to use and easier for phone to slip out of your hands
👍 💯 🤩
Literally Samsung is waaaaaayyyyyyy better than Apple.
NO MY MONEY😮😮😮😮

Oppo already made rollable phone! Why are you saying worlds first!
Price starting at 2250
Ok how much
I would be ok with a folding phone that does brake after 1 year. Like my fold 2,3 and fold 4 all did... zero progress in durability
lol , folding phone has always been a failure since the startac days , those who use would know there a lifespan on it
Trifold is better. Even tho it's technically a dual fold.
Samsung❤
Ahaha iPhone New button 😂
If Samsung want to over take all chinese brands, all they have to do is add the SD micro card again and jack for the antenna for radio with IR blaster and they will be king.
❤❤❤❤
Sausage... I mean Samsung Roll...
Oppo has made this kind of rollable phone 2 years ago.
Oppo made a prototype that maxed out at 7.4 inch from 6.7 inch. Not even close to the same thing.
Too thick when compared with Honor and Huawei.
They already have the roller. Oppo phone
Dengan harga benda ni kalau fikir balik boleh dapat phone dengan tablet.
Oppo x 2021 😂😂😂 may be samsung need new model
LG already made the first rollable phone 3 years ago but they shuttered their phone division. It's most likely Samsung is using the screen and designs.
Sounds like they bought rights from Oppo expanding phone wow
And still won't come with a micro SD slot lol

if not available immediately...dont waste anybodys time...td
Samsung really should thx hes American dad which baned hes Chinese competitors all over the world
Z roll이란 이름으로는 안나옵니다 왜냐하면 z roll 발음은 한국에서는 욕설이기 때문입니다
Oppo x 2021 remember
Lol so that motor come whit another battery
궁극적으로는 롤러블폰이 맞다
wonder what iphone will do about this lol
LG Rollable phone 2021
이러먄, 또 중국한테 최초 롤러블 뺐긴다.
지이~ 롤
