I'm not naturally artistic. Your instructions are challenging for sure, but I've been suffering through a period of severe grief and depression. I remember enjoying oil pastels in highschool, so I've tried to study your tutorials and people are impressed (I let them know that I'm using your tutorials). Your videos are helping me to cope, and I'm surprised that I'm able to follow along because they are more difficult than most. I plan to send them to my daughter (again, crediting you with the originals) because I've not spoken to her or seen her in a year. I will attach my own original poem to the back and I'm hoping that she'll eventually choose to be around me again. Regardless, you've provided a therapeutic outlet for me, and my husband is impressed as well. He knows I'm studying your tutorials, but still thinks I've picked up some techniques rather quickly. Eventually I'll gain the confidence to create my own art, but for now you are my teacher; a wonderful teacher at that! Thank you.
