    good stuff, now i 'get' what the arrow style is , and learned the idea/technique of too many wraps to bind then take some back after those have manipulated the fibres properly, thanx

    Great video, love all the background as you are tying.
    Where/how do you use this fly? Eg, Ocean shore casting stripped fast/slow? River swung on a floating/sink line? Strip slow or under an indicator?

    • @PacificAnglerTV
      @PacificAnglerTV  Месяц назад

      This is one of our glacial river coho patterns - ideal for side channels but in different colors it can fish in clear rivers or the beach

      @@PacificAnglerTV thank you! What color do you recommend for a typical clear river?

    • @PacificAnglerTV
      @PacificAnglerTV  Месяц назад

      Purple / over white
      Olive / over white

      @@PacificAnglerTV thank you so much sir! One last question, do you see more success swinging these patterns or dead drifting them under and indicator?

    Hi, I didn't understand what you said was the top of shaft material..something body? Thanks. I enjoy these tying vids.

      @PacificAnglerTV  5 лет назад

      I used Uv Minnow body for the “shaft” but I also like white angel hair for this part of the pattern.

    @Pacific Angler TV Hi Matt, I've bought some Hairline Krystal Flash UV...blue mind you but there was no glow what so ever using a Loon UV light. Is there another brand of UV glow flash you would recommend? Going crazy trying to find real glow without 'try before you buy' .lol Thanks.

    • @PacificAnglerTV
      @PacificAnglerTV  3 года назад +1

      It won’t be uv it will say glow. It’s hard to find but just cup your hand over it and you will see it glow. Only comes in glow white, yellow or green.
