I have two boys, my first I went to 6cm and got the epidural, I just couldn’t continue with the pain but my second boy I went all natural no epidural. My husband was so supportive with my breathing, relaxing etc. for my second birth. I can definitely say all natural recovery is way better and smoother vs with getting epidural. Everyone’s experience is different ofc 😊 Congratulations Cassiee & Eldon 💕

My aunt has given birth all natural at a birthing center 3 times and she loves it so much and definitely recommend it so don’t let her ruin that dream of yours with fear definitely still look into it because it’s a beautiful experience I’ve heard from her ❤️but overall whatever makes you feel the best
I did birth natural both times, they can give you pain meds in your iv and if you hesitate to long on getting epidural they can't do it anyway. I've heard that water births and sitting up position helps a lot to I guess maybe the gravity pull idea. The water probably feels good when contracting as well because when you first start with false contractions they tell you to get in warm water. Really the epidural in my opinion depends on your pain tolerance.
If you have had appendicitis or gall stones that's like contracting pains probably worse. I had both after giving birth to my daughter.

I delivered my baby girl with no epidural it was an experience for sure, if you chose no epidural go in with an open mind anything can change at any time. Wishing you a safe delivery. I’ve been getting girl vibes from you but wishing you a healthy baby 🫶🏽

I have complete faith that you will have a wonderful delivery ❤and that you will be wonderful parents!! I have had 4 children 2 with the epidural and 2 without my last birth was the most interesting and intense one… but EVERY birth is different just like EVERYONES experience with birth is different but no matter how you do it it is right as long as it is right for you and as long as you’re happy and healthy and baby ❤ I will be keeping you and Eldon and baby in my thoughts and prayers and am very happy and excited for you ❤
