We in the netherlands call them "kermis meters" (funfair meters) in other words: saying it is higher (or goes faster) than it does ;) here it is at amsterdam. the wheel says it's 50m, the swing tower says it's 45m and the view tower says it's 80. you can see that the view tower is bigger but not almost 2 times
I agree with the "Kermis Meters" but this does a lot closer to 80m than 60m. I was at the top of Hangover last night (nearly 80 metres up) and you could not see over the top of this skyscraper. Also look closely at the background passing Gladiator (0:45) you can see the lights in the distance over the top of Gladiator and that is 62 metres from the Mondial spec. Arguably 80m but definitely taller than 60m.
