It hurts a lot in a way that leaves marks. I went through something like this years ago and I don't even know when or if I'm going to be okay to open up to someone again and be in a new relationship. Trust is completely broken, love is almost extinguished. Because you gave everything to someone who just threw it away, didn't know how to appreciate it. And what remains is the fear of feeling pain again. You know what, love sucks.

Formally, I am bothered by 2 things: 1) I find the music to be really distracting from the story and characters and outright annoying 2) the access is a little one sided. Everything in ASL, by and large, is subtitled/captioned and not everything in English is equally made accessible. I find this last point the more problematic as it excludes a lot of people from the fullness of this story.
