You might want to get yourself tested for anemia--I used to obsessively crunch on ice and it turns out it was related to an iron deficiency (who knew?). Since getting that sorted out, I never eat my ice anymore or ever even have the urge.
Yea my mom aswell has anemia turns out she had little pellets and a tumor in her gallbladder so check out that as well!! Be safe 💗
