Keep kicking ass, Dale. Love all your bikes you've had on the channel. Don't forget to set aside a 1250 shock before you close up shop! I'm sad already.

iv got an 83 16v 1100E with the aluminum swing arm. your updates are great. These really need it because they need better rubber. Stock rear is a 140 tire and the thing will just boil the rubber right off the rim. I still love the E. As you said and I agree completely, they are beasts. So much torque you really only need one gear From a dead stop all the way up top. These bikes really rip and handle well for their size. stock weights a lot more than the four hundred lbs you got yours down too. Great job keeping it alive

Thanks, they are great old bikes, and back in the day were pretty fast and still a good old motor to make big power. You would most likely love the 2007 + Bandit 1250. Not a ton of HP, but gobs of usable torque. Cheers Dale

That is so awesome to here you are back! We talked when you first got cancer. I have a 2003 Suzuki Bandit 1200 under 10k miles. I like you to make it into a beast. I am a MMI Graduate have worked for a few legends of motorcycling John and Jack Penton, and George Roeder. Also in my hometown was BSA and Norton legend Richard Dick Dickinson. I'm going to call you tomorrow i am bummed to here you are retiring. I'm on my fifth bandit 1200 2 of them were loaded with Dale Walker parts!

Glad you're back and feeling well - but sorry to hear you're retiring. Will anybody be taking over the business? I cannot imagine a world without your well-engineered kits for all my older Suzukis. Bought your pipe, twin oval filters, Stage II jet kit and 5 degree advancer for my 1999 1200 Bandit S, and the difference was night and day.

Badass bike!! Your attention to detail on all of your builds is incredible and is really inspiring to me. I got into the Bandit game pretty late as I snagged the last B600 spring set you had in stock recently, and my bike also got your stage 1 kit right when I received it. Bike had been sitting in my friend's brother's garage for almost 7 years and before that it was someone's track rat. Probably took all his nice suspension stuff off before selling it to him. It didn't run right at all and desperately needed carb work so I threw your stage 1 kit as it was being rebuilt and synced. Engine is all sorted now and properly rips, clutch pads are on their way out though! Sounds awesome with my Yoshimura TRC can! 😁
I've been slowly chipping away at getting it roadworthy; have all the suspension components now with a K7 GSXR1000 rear shock, was able to snag some used EBC front rotors for $35 each and a used rear one for $15! All 3 have about 80% thickness left! Once I refresh the clutch and throw some new braided brake lines on it will be pretty much complete.
Your Y2K Bandit 1200 on your website is absolutely gorgeous and is one of my main inspirations for where I want to take my little B6. Would love to see a video on it if you still have it!

Love your enthusiasm about your Bandit project. Have fun with it, make it your own, and keep it on the road. My Bandit 1200 project was sold in about 2008. One of the dumbest things I think have done in a very long time. Cheers Dale
