Hello Basant ji, My name is Dharmendra K Bhasin. I am regular viewer of your videos and also small case small cap subscriber and have started investing therein in tranches. Apart from your small case I also have portfolio of shares of around 35 companies of Rs. 2 cr which includes both mota hathi, dorta hathi, etc etc. In this company wise profit (all long term) varies from 5% (mota hathi) to 600% (dorta hathi). And there are some companies in which allocation is less but which are still growing. My risk profile is that I am 53 years old and this is the money which I hopefully would not require during my lifetime. Now I want to concentrate my portfolio and reduce it to 15-20 shares. So, my question is what strategy to adopt for rebalancing keeping in view the tax implications. Request you to kindly take up this question as many other viewer might also be facing such dilemma.

Sir I have pet grooming salon & school since 2011, and i totally agree with you on that people should focus on acquiring skills more so than just getting academics. I have had students from different sectors like IT professionals, Corporate HRs, Bankng professionals and even a Veterinary doctor turned into professional dog groomers. Later u say the high roe company doesn't need cash as it has a positive cash flow and thus give max dividend. Sir I have pet grooming salon & school since 2011, and i totally agree with you on that people should focus on acquiring skills more so than just getting academics. I have had students from different sectors like IT professionals, Corporate HRs, Bankng professionals and even a Veterinary doctor turned into professional dog groomers. I have seen them doing R&D and zeroing on to this profession as pet ownership is exponentially growing pan India and they see value and scope into becoming dog groomers. It is one of most under rated profession as far as India is concerned. What's your view on this sir?
