Keep in mind that many of their employees are in high school during the day. I will admit Dorney's F&B is very lackluster compared to other amusement parks. Their Confectionary items are very good and well established, considering both Funnels, Rita's, and Gift Shops such as Good Time Gifts & Sweet Spot.
I mentioned about the kids still being in school, Volunteers workers etc at the end of the video. I agree the Confectionery items are very good such as funnel cake, fudge etc. Things will hopefully improved as the season progresses. I respect the hard workers that work in the hot conditions to prepare guests food!
