    So sorry to hear about your father. That said, you're legitimately saying that good customer service, is just caring for the person on the other end of the situation. If you can't walk a mile in another persons boots, you're not suited to customer service.

    Thank you for the video. I appreciate the time you have taken to help with this video and the others I have watched. Thumbs Up! - BUT, there is a huge difference between talking to a doctor who the "customer" wants to have the best of relationships with so that the doctor can do his best. In my case, yes, I could waive the cancellation policy and give them all their money back. It is a choice that I have full control over. That's why they're screaming and cussing.

I LOVE working in my call center position, and I love customer service, but I'm just too much of a pushover! Your de-escalation and assertiveness videos have helped me beyond what you'll ever know.     This is pointless. Customer Service shouldn’t even be a job. It should just be AI. Human beings aren’t meant to take calls 8 hours a day. Everything you mentioned should not even exist. “10 ways to strategize customer support,” please lol. This type of science is pseudoscience at best. Its an embarrassment. Customers are children, so treat everyone like children, right? Such a disgusting display of intelligence.
