There is a real need for well thought out frames , the Skeleton of a bike. Many modern frames are uncomfortable, many modern frames are top heavy ,and ergonomic night mares . It's a learning , trial and error game for the Craftsman . Also personal preference. A cargo style of frame is a genious starting point . The stretch alone makes a smoother handling bike, less twitchy etc. You are the right guy for this. The world needs well thought out frames . Not cheap mass produced ergonomic failing top heavy back breaking nightmares . Also a bad frame design makes routine maintenance a real hassle. Well thought out and designed frames make it a breeze. Thanks for giving the people what they want and need well thought out frames!! This is gonna rock!!!
A good frame allows for a comfortable riders triangle . Handle bar , to seat, feet and legs placement etc. You are the guy for this job . It's evident in the way you built the nut cracker etc this is what we need in this world . We need better frames!!! Thank you Sir!!!
The Frame jig is gonna be a game changer !!!! I can't wait to see the great frames you will create!! You are kicking it !!! it's genious pure genious!!Way to go buddy!!! Have Fun!!!
Thanks for adding the link in your description to watch this video somehow I missed it. Seems very affordable and doable with our costing a arm and a leg.
It is the cheapest option I've found. I have spent some money on steering neck and axle plate fixtures from Chop Source as they are CNC precise in the areas ya really need precision. I've also designed my own rotisserie stand components and just need to get them cut out. I am starting to see the advantages of 1) elevating the frame jig and 2) being able to rotate it when welding. Not a spring chicken anymore 🐣
@@HooptieDoodle being able to have it off the ground and even able to rotate would be a huge help. Are you going to show your improvements to your jig in a video sometime.
@@HooptieDoodle Never a problem! Down in the Panama invasion I would not be the carry out injured, order in the Realm was to get a helo in to get them picked up. With the Security...... We covered it better to get them out. I just love your video's!!! Thanks my friend!
I am from Hyderabad..i watched many videos..but ur video is very useful..plzz mention sizes..of the material ur using..like gage size..metal size...plzz make more videos...by mentioning all the sizes....😎

@@Manandmachine772 for sure👍. Likely by the next frame build I'll have the CNC work done - but I don't know when or what the next frame will be 😀
I’m on my 3rd bike build after following you gw build. Really love welding more then I should
You're living the life! 😎

Heck yes didn't need 100k in machines to make it thank you very AWSome

This is awesome. Been looking for a frame jig that doesn’t involve $40k worth of machinery to build it.
So far, less than $300 invested in the jig and this is what i've built: ruclips.net/video/gNM9fUWcgOk/видео.html
If you want a good bike you gotta start with a good frame!!!!
