What I find crazy, is that a lot of so-called Chiropractic Assistants that work at Chiropractor Clinics, DONT REALLY have a Kinisiology Degree, but they only have a Medical Assistant Certification. Others, are just Physical therapy Technicians/Aides, who are just hired to help. It's very rare, someone who gets hired as a Chiropractic Assistant, actually takes a course SPECIFICALLY in Chiropractic Assistant.
