      Hi David,
      The tea set is great! Lately, my go-to for daily drinking is just a small clay teapot and teacup. The bigger set is perfect for having friends over, or on slower days when I feel like taking an hour or two to just sit and sip tea.

    What do you do with all the first couple of steeps if a particular tea doesn’t reach optimal flavor until 4+ steeps?
