I just bought the 2020 Street Bob and its amazing. I also collect watches. I love the art and craftsmanship and have played guitar sense I was ten. Im a big Ibanez RG fan... Right now My watch collection only consist of a couple Seikos, a couple Citizens and a Buliva... Started watching your channel because of the street bob. Love how you've turned your bike out.
A nice vlog there Zac, I was 60 when I finally managed to get my first Harley (2017) so you're doing well, you're damn right about the grin factor one gets when on ones machine. I het stopped all the time , people wanting to take photos of it etc, & especially from really old guys. I have only done a 1000 mile on my Fatboy Lo Special, due to a big spinal op, but I don't care, it's a keeper & it's immaculate, probably do a Stage 2 next, not much else I can do it. My model was the lowest Harley ever produced, so easy to get on & off but handles lime a pig . Congratulations on the ever increasing subscriptions 👍👍😎

@@StreetBobberVlogger When I got mine inew in Feb '17 it was a superceded model so they gave me over 2 grands worth of extras of my choice, so I got Vance & Hines 2/2 Big Radius pipes, Screaming Eagle Heavy Breather, Vance &Hines FP3 tuner, axle covers front & rear & swing arm covers, sissy bar & rack, I have added through genuine e auxiliary lamp set with LEDS all round. So not much h more I can do to it cosmetically,may go for bars like yours though, it's a pig handling wise but I love it, the back op wasn't a success so in pain all the time but doesn't stop me getting on the Fatboy as it's so low . What??? A Harley bloke with a dangerous outdoor job that also plays on a rock band! I've never heard of such a thing (haha). Actually, aren't those almost a pre-requisite for owning a H-D :-)
I personally never cared for that television series (and definitely not "The Mayans," either) or most motorcycle flicks. To be honest, I consider Harley motovloggers like you and Newb bumping up interest in cruisers more than anything on the big or small screen. You're real bikers and able to communicate the joy of riding better then any actor reading a line.
That down tube cover really does make it more custom looking and you pretty much nailed the "club style" look. Matt Laidlaw would be very proud of you (haha).
I also checked out your band's channel (and subbed). That "Call the Coroner" vid was terrific. BUT future music vids MUST have that cool Softie of yours! I'm going to troll that channel until you do :-)
And congrats on the sub count. I hear the first one million are the hardest :-)

Hi Zac, great to see you are back. I eventually had my FXBB delivered on the 21st of November and will be registering it in March (we have a weird system here in Germany ). Thanks again for helping me get through that period between when I ordered it in June and taking delivery 😀👍

@@StreetBobberVlogger that wait was a killer :-) luckily I already have it here at home in my office, the dealer from Hengelo in Holland delivered it by trailer so I can at least start that bonding process. The first purchase for me was a battery tender and for Christmas I got a rather nice leather bag from the wife that fits perfectly between the Apehangers I am a (closet) SOA fan too, I remember watching the first episodes out in the US when I was working there , it is a great series although some of the characters are a bit s*** (typical yanks). I really enjoy your VLOG's and know that a lot of the German guys on the various FB Street Bob groups are now following you too...a nice international audience :-)

Thanks Buddy! All I can say is they are coming from HEL Performance in the UK, but only in prototype phase at the moment for the FXBB.
Hey mate, it is good to see you are still well - and Happy New Year.
1) You can just do a vdo blog with just your bike in your garage is fine. You don't have to ride it when the weather is bad. We are all cool just listening to you while looking at your bike (walk around)
2) Weather here in Bangkok is so perfect, 25-29'c in Winter. I have been having a great time.
3) Just took my Bob to service this morning at 8,000 km. The bill + labor was around ~ US $ 120. Washed and re-coat the air cleaner, now it's all Pink and bright, runs great again!!
4) I'm considering getting a forward control kit. Probably next week or so. Guess my knees have been crying for a change
5) I still have problems with reach. Had the handlebar angle adjusted downward towards me, I don't have to extend my arms too much, but not 100% comfortable. I was told to consider a reach-riser, but only riser I see on HD store is a fat straight up riser - which I don't think going to help much... guess I have to wait until more parts come available. Looking at 2 inches riser reach.

SBV thanks for the great vids. Just got my 2019FXBB. Gonna club style it, wondering about the wiring harness to raise the gauge package. Which one did you buy & how long over stock was it? Thanks
Flyin Low nice!!!!! I didn’t get a new harness as there was enough in there for my 8” risers...I’ve heard 10” risers will work with the stock harness but others say there was not enough. I know Matt Laidlaw clubbed out a 2018 FXBB when there first came out. Used 10” BungKing risers and didn’t have to change any wires or lines. I think it all depends on how stingy the guy cutting the wires in assembly was feeling on that day? Haha! Your vest bet, you are doing the job yourself is to dismantle and pull the harness out as much as it will go. If it’s not long enough, get the dealer to price up a longer one first as some times they went that much expensive than aftermarket gear? Sorry I couldn’t be more help 🤘

I am unable to get a speedo extension harness anywhere in the UK and have found only one place in the US. Did your local HD make the extension themselves or buy it in?
Hey man, I think there was enough not change it? But i know they did have to make "something" longer, which they did in house, but im pretty sure that was the clutch and break lines?

I have a question: what is the model (reference) of your "wind screen" (i'm french and don't know the good word of this equipment). Where did you buy it? Do you think it's usefull against wind or just nice for the style. Thank's

Shawn Atwell Night Dragons, although they won’t be in my hands until Feb😢. Yeah I’ve heard good things about those larger disk conversion kits. I’m waiting for HEL performance to release their new break callipers for the FXBB, front and rear. But still in the prototype stage at the moment. I’ve been given assurances that I’ll be the first to know when they are out for us to purchase 🤘🤘🤘

At least Harleys are honest and made in the USA unlike Triumphs that claim UK heritage and are made in Taiwan.
