Oh my gosh I am SO happy that I have found your channel 🤍 I love reading but the past two years I have really slacked off and need some serious inspiration.....and I feel like I've found it!! Thank you! I bought a new book and I'm keen to get back into some serious reading 📚 so I'll be following along for sure! Xx
Aww thank you so much! So happy to help you in this reading journey! I’m happy to recommend some books if you know what kind of genre or tropes you enjoy.
I hope you enjoy the Honey Witch when you get to it! I do think you can tell it's a debut but it was good! I can't wait for Haunted Ever After and Somewhere Beyond the Sea!!! LOL yeah I really liked Maeve Fly for the commentary, but the gore wasn't super strong. Tho there was one aspect that directly referenced American Psycho and that scene haunts my nightmares so I was okay just having it referenced rather than relive it 💀
The Wild Robot is pretty adorable. The third book came out recently, but I'm not sure I'll read it because of the several year gap between installments.
Great answers! I've just added Badwater to my kindle!! I will probably forget it's on there so please feel free to remind me as it sounds right up my street!!
If you haven’t read it yet I think you should read To Catch a Firefly by Emmy Sanders. It gave me very slight Wolfsong vibes, although it’s contemporary. I get similar vibes from one of the main characters that I do from Ox. That might just be me though.
I will wait on the TJ Klune until people have read it because I fear it's going to be a very obvious "this book didn't need a sequel and it shows" syndrome and I don't want to ruin Cerulean Sea for myself if it is. Re: Schwab Have you tried the City of Ghosts books? I think they are RIGHT up your alley
Yeah that’s so fair, but you I’m always down for some Klune 😂 That was the first Schwab I read and I only gave it 3 stars 😭 but it’s definitely the one I want to reread in hopes I’ll like it more the second time.

I loved Sword and Thistle too. I did enjoy that we were questing and got to see the guilds and world expand ❤.
I hope there’s gonna be more in the series, it’s so comforting and fun.
I’m so ready for Haunted Ever After!! AND Somewhere Beyond the Sea!!
I cannot wait!!!!!
