There is no PT on this course. All attendees are required to be in date fitness test prior to arriving on the course. The reason there is no PT is the volume of information that the Recruits are required to learn dose not leave time for PT over the 2 weeks. However, there is a couple of challenging physical lesson on final exercise (Ex CW).
