I have found that Kali Phos 6x didn't help me at all even after 3-4 months. Neither did 30 potency. After some research, I found that mental problems are best covered by high potency. I straight way moved to 10M potency. Since then it has done wonders to me and totally changed my life. Took it for almost a year, 1 dose per month. I feel that for stress and mental problems minimum 1M potency is required. 1M, 10M, 50M are the best. The serious the mental problem, higher the potency.
