I know, having watched Cas finally tell Dean that he loved him and sacrificed himself to save Dean, only for both Winchester brothers to go straight back to business as usual, as though Cas had never entered their lives, makes this video very difficult to watch. The show that spent 15 years telling us that 'family don't end in blood', 'always keep fighting' and 'you are enough' turns around and does exactly what they've been telling us not to do. Cas, who rescued Dean from hell, fought alongside them, healed them and ultimately fell from grace for them, was tossed aside like a cum-soaked tissue. The finale took everything the Winchesters and Cas stood for, everything they sacrificed and suffered, every bit of personal growth and tore it all down. The CW couldn't have made their disdain and disrespect for the fans any clearer if they'd pissed on our cornflakes and spat in our faces.

Yep. It will be tough for me, too. People don’t understand how deeply a show can affect someone. Supernatural is so important to me as someone with mental illnesses I can always count on supernatural to make me feel better. The fandom is a family, the cast is a family, it’s beautiful and knowing that will end, likely soon to avoid making the mistake of dragging out, makes me sad :(
I know this sounds cheesy...but the show will never truly end as long as we, the fans, keep it’s legacy going. Yeah, eventually they’ll stop filming it, and the actors will move on to more projects, but they won’t ever forget their experience with supernatural, and neither will we. I’m glad to be a part of it:)

I found this song two weeks after my brother passed away and I listen to this song to remind me he's never truly gone but I still miss him every damn day
I'm sorry for your loss. I've lost my grandfather in 2018 still miss him. Sixties and seventies or 50s music bring a smile to my face when I think of him now. He died of lung cancer. My mom was there with him and my gran for at least two weeks before he died. Never got to truly say goodbye to him. But at least my mom did. My dad was with her at the funeral, along with a few close friends, one who was the pastor of the funeral. I think I'm happy I didn't have to see him because I think it would have hurt more to see my strong grandpa so weak. He died at home at least, but with no one aware. He didn't die in his bed

I can't tell you how many times I've seen this already, and I get so emotional every single time! All the hugs and family moments, this show and this video slayed my entire existence and ruined my life but I'm still thankful for it. 💕
I love everything about this video. Jensen’s voice. The editing. The song. The clips used. But more importantly, the sense of community in this family. Both the Winchester family, and the SPN family. There’s just so much support and love, and the actors/actresses on this show, as well as the characters, make it feel like we all know each other, even though most of us never even met them. I truly feel at home with this family, maybe more at home than with my biological family, and they have done so much it’s incredible. It feels like a big hug in a world where hugs are scarce. Audrey L. hugs definitely ain't scarce in Supernatural. It just tells you not to take things for granted, such as your own sibling or family in general. That's why these things happen where Jensen sings. It's not Abt the money, it's bc he loves going out there to do his job. To love and not let go. To show ppl that this is more than just a show. After this last season, it's over with. I think he's just out there making the best of it.

LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE SUPERNATURAL!!! You may not believe this but this show helped me fight drug addiction and now I'm in recovery for several years. I can't explain it, but I guess we all have demons to fight, just different kinds of demons. I love this show and so does both my kids (ages 20 & 15). We've watched for years and it's helped the bond between us get stronger (& and after all my screw ups, I needed all the help I could get!). It's wierd how the most unexpected things have such a great impact on your life. Always keep fighting! Never give up!! Keep fighting the good fight!! Thank you Supernatural!
For me it was fighting suicide thoughts and self hate. Supernatural helped me realize that people who think the way I do, that they're not good enough, can save the world. And so I helped myself save my own world.

I know it's nearly unspeakable to think about but when the series ends...a long, long, long, long time from now...I think they should play this with Jensen singing at the end. We know Carry On My Wayward Son will be played but I think this song would be an incredible fit for the show to end on. Like Jensen said, it's the basis of the show. Carry On is and will always be the mantra for the boys to keep on like John telling them carry on my son and when it's all over you'll have peace and won't cry anymore. But these brothers and the family they've made over these years that's the base of the show.

My chest started to ache and felt like something was constricting in on it at just the thought of Supernatural ending. What is the meaning of this?! I am just barely starting out and on season 2, and I understand I still have a long way to go, but my goal is to catch up before season 15 is out so I can cry along with the Supernatural family. I know that I’m a new one to the #spnfamily, but I hope that with time I am accepted into it. I’ve already shed my tears while watching a couple of episodes, and I’m ready for more to come. I've only watched 8 seasons of supernaturals and i've become so attached to the show and its characters like i can't even imagine my life without watching them everyday. Sam and dean they could die for each other if that means the other gets to live and for me thats beautiful. Nowadays you only get to see the shows that are revolving around a couple mostly romance and they don't give much importance to family. This show shows us how much family is important and even when you're at your worst they'll always be their to support you.

I found this song two weeks after my brother passed away and I listen to this song to remind me he's never truly gone but I still miss him every damn day
I'm sorry for your loss. I've lost my grandfather in 2018 still miss him. Sixties and seventies or 50s music bring a smile to my face when I think of him now. He died of lung cancer. My mom was there with him and my gran for at least two weeks before he died. Never got to truly say goodbye to him. But at least my mom did. My dad was with her at the funeral, along with a few close friends, one who was the pastor of the funeral. I think I'm happy I didn't have to see him because I think it would have hurt more to see my strong grandpa so weak. He died at home at least, but with no one aware. He didn't die in his bed

I love everything about this video. Jensen’s voice. The editing. The song. The clips used. But more importantly, the sense of community in this family. Both the Winchester family, and the SPN family. There’s just so much support and love, and the actors/actresses on this show, as well as the characters, make it feel like we all know each other, even though most of us never even met them. I truly feel at home with this family, maybe more at home than with my biological family, and they have done so much it’s incredible. It feels like a big hug in a world where hugs are scarce. I can't explain it, but I guess we all have demons to fight, just different kinds of demons. I love this show and so does both my kids (ages 20 & 15). We've watched for years and it's helped the bond between us get stronger (& and after all my screw ups, I needed all the help I could get!). I know it's nearly unspeakable to think about but when the series ends...a long, long, long, long time from now...I think they should play this with Jensen singing at the end. We know Carry On My Wayward Son will be played but I think this song would be an incredible fit for the show to end on. Like Jensen said, it's the basis of the show. Carry On is and will always be the mantra for the boys to keep on like John telling them carry on my son and when it's all over you'll have peace and won't cry anymore. But these brothers and the family they've made over these years that's the base of the show.

I've only watched 8 seasons of supernaturals and i've become so attached to the show and its characters like i can't even imagine my life without watching them everyday. Sam and dean they could die for each other if that means the other gets to live and for me thats beautiful. Nowadays you only get to see the shows that are revolving around a couple mostly romance and they don't give much importance to family. This show shows us how much family is important and even when you're at your worst they'll always be their to support you.

I started watching this show, as a little girl, without purpose, without a wayward to carry on :/;)
These actors and characters are to me so much more than just that. They don't know me, but I sure as hell know them.
To me, when this show ends, It'll be like losing a friend I've known and grown up with.
