Noooo! :( definitely try local vendors ✨ but also, keep checking back w/ the cruise/their site! People sometimes cancel last minute and that leaves slots open 🤩
Enjoyed your video! We tried Sea Trekking in Curacao. What a blast! Not as mobile as SCUBA Diving but still a lot of fun.

thank you! I def recommend this experience. I used multiple cameras (although no personal footage is similar to what could be purchased) and we went over 20ft. deep :)
Going on icon of the seas in December of 2025 and im torn between doing the sea trek helmet dive or discover scuba dive
I’m going to do this next month how was you able to record ? That’s my number 1 question I’m trying to capture the full experience or were they taking photos and recording ?
I took my own camera but they also document the experience for you so if you’re not able to capture things, just know they can! :)
How did you get a camera down there? The Carnival excursions say no cameras. They force you to buy their pictures.
for this specific excursion, they were very kind and encouraged us to do what made us happiest (as long as we respected their rules and weren't harming anyone)... they even allowed us to view all our photos before choosing to purchase or not :)

My husband doesn't know how to swim, would he be ok?
100%! ❤️ idk how to swim either. for the snorkeling, they give you pool noodles so you could float (he could take his own life vest, as well). for the main event, you're walking the entire time. Your focus should be on controlled breathing and following rules... the helmet will allow you to breathe underwater, the rails will help you know where you're walking and the (multiple) instructors will personally guide everyone. also, there are professional divers there to assist incase of an emergency, any questions, etc. ... w/ all this said, I really encourage you + your husband enjoying this experience even tho he can't swim! 🥰

This is random but did you or anyone else you noticed have issues fitting the helmet? My friend said she doesn’t want to go because she saw a review on TikTok saying the helmet doesnt fit if you have braids…

Did you have to wear water shoes when you were walking or that was just optional?
Yup, water-shoes are mandatory! I’d suggest bringing your own bc if not, you have to wear the ones they provide.
