She talks to other leaders and makes public speeches so she does need to communicate effectively in addition to being approachable, authentic & vulnerable. She actually needs more resilience than vulnerability, imo - she’s gonna face A LOT of scrutiny & hate, especially internationally, like Zozi because they both break the mould of what a beauty queen is. Resilience is a must. Vulnerability without resilience will make her crumble.

I totally adore Mia, she is such a brilliant, sweet and pure soul. But, truth be told, out of the last 3 ladies standing, Nompumelelo was the perfect candidate for that crown, she would have been an outstanding ambassador for SA especially at the Miss Universe (MU) stage. The judges obviously voted with their emotions, and this might not end well for SA at MU. Good luck to Mia!, I am sure she'll do great!

The third one: Held leaders accountable on what? Which are those promises they made and never fulfilled. Only if she mentioned promises for job creation for the youth ect, The crown was gonna be landed on her head but she did great thou.
