We will only have a real necessity (outside of talking about and/or teaching history) for specifying years when it’s common for humans to live over 100. And probably closer to at least 115-120 for it to really matter. Otherwise unless it’s something specific it probably won’t be specified, it’s shorter and easier to do the 2 number system and humans are lazy. 25:24
yeah historical things is really the only time we'll need some specification for the year. something like a scientific journal would probably have the full year written as well, while a personal journal would likely only have the last digits of the year. but for more basic things, the specification isn't really gonna be needed. when we're stating a history thing from 1846 we say the full year so people don't think we're talking about 1946 if we just say 46. but if you live in the year 2070 and happen to find a printed receipt that has 46 as the year, it's probably from 2046, because i'm pretty sure receipts were written manually in the 1940s. if somehow humans started living really long lives, date formats that only have room for 2 digits could either change their system to 4 digits, or just add another slot to include the century. so if someone was born in 1998 and they were still alive by 2098, the options for dates would either be 4/7/1998 or 4/7/98/XX
I started laughing every time you said "it's not a horror map" like the map straight up jumpscares you and plays spooky music and you keep insisting it isn't a horror map. Should be a running gag honestly
From what I remember playing it, it is just a bit wonky, I think there is some delay between the arrow and the teleporting changing to a new one. I think the red "Pop!" opened up the big Redstone Block thing with the compass (which you needed for the blue guy).
I'm just confused why do we start in a prison that is more like a dormitory, since everyone actually has buttons that open their cells inside their cells...
Hey a great mod you could add by yourself on your modded stuff would be better portals. It makes it so that you can just walk through without loading screen and also see the other side. Sadly it doesn't work with any modpacks containing twilight forest and aether mod.
You do know, Red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, violet - has no pink. So what else did you expect them to do with pink if they want to add pink? It can only go at the start or the end of ROYGBiV. Are you really saying 8 long codes can't also use the rainbow hint too?
More arrows for directions is useful and other inmates flushing down the code down the drain but the things being freak but missing somethings being normal and just enjoying
