Very cool that you include blues, jazz, classical, rock, film score, and creative less genre defined music. Says a lot about the type of musician/person you are.
Joe Zawinul was a genius. How he gave up classical and acoustic jazz to pursue cutting edge music was a sign of his commitment to being innovative. And how organic he made electric keyboards was amazing. Enjoyed this, thanks.
Great video. Prompted me to see if I had that Schubert quartet in my collection and discovered I have it on vinyl (mint condition!). It was part of a large haul I came into about a year ago and hadn't gotten around to listening to it. That last movement is wild!!
Just curious, do you pretty much only listen to jazz currently? I like jazz, kind of blue probably my fav album period, but I don't listen to it all the time. And nothing at all wrong with it, if that's all you listen to, obviously lol. I'm the weird type of person that enjoys listening to music more than playing lol. I wish it was opposite. Just not real motivated to play, I do play for about 20 min day and have for 10+ years. I'd play for hours, I'm sure when I first started playing, that was 30 years ago lol. And that's why I'm watching your videos. It's great content and you can tell how much love and enthusiasm you have for music. Thank you.
Glad to read that you're continuing to play everyday. Keep it up. These days I mostly listen to jazz, classical, and fusion. When I exercise I'll put on rock, blues, funk, or pop.

Thank you. Great music exists in many ways.
Everyone from SRV to Bach, all of those musicians are excellent in their own unique and special ways.
Yes!
Great choices. I love the variety.
Cool, thanks!
Great taste in music.
Thank you.
