- Just landed. This is a superb 480 page tome of a book, featuring chronological appearances of lesser-known superheroes that Joe Simon and Jack Kirby created together in the ‘40’s and ‘50’s. Heckuva book! .. and highly recommended if you’re a fan of the Golden and Atom Age output of Simon and Kirby.
only that cover is worth the purchase. Love it.

Thank you for this review. These are now being sold very cheap online and was curious what was inside! Its worth getting if your into Kirby art. Im curious if you have the Simon & Kirby Horror and another of Crime. I have no idea whats inside of them
What a lovely looking publication. As a S&K fan this would be a fabulous find. I do have a hardback that reprints the Fighting American stories but this goes way above that.
A steal of a price too. I’ll definitely keep an eye out for this.

That looks like a gorgeous volume Ken and that price is amazing. Did you pay shipping on top and did you buy it from Titan direct? You will laugh but I have only just come across and bought my first issue of Jack Kirby collector magazine....what a terrific read that is. Was just checking out Speedyhen and saw that there are four volumes in the series. Which is the volume that is currently unavailable?.....you guessed it the Superheroes one! Never mind I think I will be picking them all up in the coming months
