In today's video, I’m sharing two major "hacks" that completely changed my life and helped me get to where I am today. I went from battling mental health struggles and feeling stuck in the societal grind to thriving as a sales director at a Fortune 500 company. But here’s the thing-it’s not just about money or success. I realized the key is finding joy in what you do and making time for community. Come along with me as I take you through a day in my life, balancing work, friendships, and everything in between. Trust me, this shift in mindset is the real game-changer!

Health = Happiness = Confidence. Combine the 3 and it rubs off on those around you.

I‘m an introverted person. I have my boyfriend and my kids. I love to spend time with them. We do a lot of things outside. But I also like to do some things on my own.
If you are someone who likes to be around others often, then that‘s fine too.
Not being with others doesnt mean I have to watch TV at home and not doing anything. I love to be in the nature.
I think it‘s difficult not to be with others, when the person actually would like to, but is having problems to get to know people and then being alone. Being alone is for sure not for everybody. But being with a lot of people is also not for everybody.

Well, good for you, that's awesome. Our little community is struggling with the disparity of income and the cost of living, but for the most part everyone is happy, engaged and more than willing to share what little we have with those who have less, most have never been on a fancy vacation or stayed in a five star hotel and they don't care, family and friends come before all else.

    Beautiful sights in Austin!
I met you at the Hack Yo Health conf and you were great!
At about 2 min mark, is that the very “cold” natural stream ? My friend brought me there, but we didnt go in. (No swimwear for the trip).
Also, watching your friend slather on sunscreen.. reminds me of how I never burn anymore since being carnivore (nearly two years). Yesterday I was at a college football game and we roasted.. 92F and clear skies-- my friends burned up really bad.. not me.. not even a slight pink color. Amazing. I’m wondering if all the skin cancer has anything to do with the sunscreen now too.

Ya other carnivores have stated that too about not burning anymore. I watched a few videos that say something like 8/10 sunscreens are really bad for your skin... I personally spend a lot of time in direct sunlight during the summer months without sunscreen and typically never burn (could be my mulatto skin). Been carnivore for a year.

Just make sure to always have emergency savings of about 1 year in liquid funds just in case you lose your job or have a slow year in business sales. I'm in my 40s and have been through many ups and downs. Currently going through another down cycle and it never gets easier, but at least I saved when things were good.

I’m currently trying to join the carnivore community by going on a carnivore cruise in Feb and a carnivore cabin retreat in May (both next year) 🥩❤️💪🏻😁

Lauren, get ready for the jealousy comments: "Yeah, the world's wonderful when you're beautiful, white and rich!" One guy's already started in here.

Not true, Do not spread your racism bullshit here. There is no difference below the surface with white and black. You can find just as many or more poor white trash as black. You can find just as many rich black people as white. There are good and evil people and skin color does not determine if they are good or bad. Nature, nurture, experiences, knowledge, morals, and values all go in to creating each individual person. We are all individuals even identical twins are very different personalities, wants, needs, and dreams. Being white means you are invisible and no one cares if you make it and no one cares to help or give you a helpful boost. Government should never create policies that assist one race or gender over another. Ohh and a lot of those beautiful, white, and rich people are totally fake. We need America to be healthy again. Vote for Trump to stop the cult and deep state from destroying our country and taking away our freedom. Do not judge a book by it's cover! Do on to others as you would have done to you! I am very religious and pray to God everyday as he helps guide my consciousness. However, I have not found the right religious group or church to be a part of. I would never push my beliefs on to anyone as I have studied many religions and feel most are very similar with similar teachings. It would be wonderful if America could get back to honoring the 10 commandments as a moral frame work for all. No one has to believe in God or religion to participate in a society that has a basic moral frame work to not harm others. Difference should be worked out rationally and not with world war 3 and nuclear apocalypse or taxation theft to give to another

how many children does Lauren have? They change the script as to how one might live a life. It's OK not have children too.

I don't believe she has any kids (yet), but hopefully she does eventually. Birth rate is very low in the western nations.

Looks like a suburban utopia, but what if the society you're in is basically poisonous? Difficult societies get people to over-work and only focus on money. You can suggest moving elsewhere but people have strong reasons to stay. A balanced, happy, and focused life isn't attainable for most, and there's good reason beyond location. You have to factor in elitism, racism, prejudice, hatred, etc. If things weren't so difficult, drugs and alcohol wouldn't be so popular.

Yes you are right. When I started my first business, it was 80 hour work weeks for about a year until I got it off the ground and profitable. Real life is actually very difficult to balance out, but people here on YT make it seem like it's easy.

It's a good vid, and true- but my job is solo on my computer.
I go out and play music downtown, and people often come and have conversations with me, and I've even exchanged a few numbers with musicians- and I've reached out to make something happen, and nothing's ever come of it.
I don't like the whole bar/club scene and I'm trying to make some community apart from that, but it seems nearly impossible.
I live in Huntington Beach, CA.
I wonder if I'm in the wrong place.
