Scharnhorst needs fixing? Not sure I get that, it’s an absolutely cracking ship. You can play it pretty aggressively, and it fares a lot better against DDs and light cruisers than the Gneisenau. To this day it’s one of my favourite ships to play, only superseded by the Odin and a handful of others. I’d put it in niche myself.
And if you really think it needs a buff, with 283mm guns what’s the point of another precise aim? If it was going to be buffed I’d prefer more secondary overload charges or rapid reload.
It needs a pen buff just like the Congress. It has aged in the meta poorly since I mostly run into BBs at tier 6-8.
In the current world where we have prinz heinrich she definitely needs buff.
Black francesco are niche in my opinion,do quite well with both black and normal one average 70k damage shit game 45k

Isn’t Mainz was meta for t8? How weimar is not meta in this coordinates? Weimar has the same guns, with a little bit shorter range. If Mainz cracks t8, then Weimar does it even better since it faces a lot of t6.
Mainz has the RR where Weimar just has range extender
@@Slai47 still. These guns are super powerful even against t9 ships, and they melt t6 ships.

I just don’t get the Belfast love, though I know I’m in a tiny minority. It’s probably good in ranked and fleets (with sonar/radar) but for solo play it’s just average imo.
