Whew...I'm 8 years late.... better late than never I guess...you gotta be ex yamazaki and do his lp double return it will catch the projectile and store it for use to use it just input double return again and if your talking about his drill lvl 5 just input the drill mash LP and HP til you get to lvl 4 then press LP+HP+LK

Here in my country theres a friend fomine that is selling that OST, but still as far i remember the original dreamcast game kof 99 drem match includes that soundtrack, but sadly you can hear it just using a dreamcast.

It's a remix of Rugal Stage. It was on the original KOF 98 OST. Awesome song, too bad i lost the CD years ago T_T
in fact, all those remixes in that cd were 1000% awesome. Esaka and Rugal remixes were great.
