It was just showing that with the teleport glitch, there's actually time to hit Kaede out of his super and still teleport back in time to guard cancel the initial lightning bolt.
this is the code to select ex mode: AFTER u select character highlight speed and press C Button X6, then highlight power and press B Button X3, then highlight speed again and press C Button X4. Speed mode will be replaced with Ex mode. with it u have the ability to do combos like in speed and can perform super move cancels like in power but u take a lot of damage when hit, so be carefull. Use it wisely...
This combovideo is very creative, altough mostly of the combos are a bit forced using the opponent's moves a bit like in "just against okina combos", or getting them dizzy previous some hit(like the power washisuka combo when he hits after the rouga tackle)and it seen like it's a link but it's not, also i saw some other in wich the opponent uses the ground recovery so ther can be continously hitted, that's dirty. I repeat, i like this combo video is really good, but not surprising.
correction: best weapon based fighting game series ever... beats soul calibur, samurai showdown & ninja masters... but best fighting game ever is king of fighters series... u pick w/e version u want... there are 12... mine is 97...
Some really good combos here, though... relying on ingame bugs is really low, those combos are so unreal and shouldnt even be included, but overall good, I love Last Blade 2 and still play it once in a while :D

I play with ALL characters, they all have some very nasty, damaging combos. don't have a personal favorite, but Hibiki, Shigen and Akari can punish your ass severily if u make a mistake when goin against them.
Whenever you see a big character getting beat on a lot in a combo video, it's because of their large hitbox, not because of any personal vendetta. Certain combos only work on Shigen or they're much easier to do on him.

...true enough, 97 beats all others, i guess it's all about the plot, the way they put the history togother and mix it with a very unique japanese myth, that's waaaaaaay better than the NESTS plot, and far much more that the 2003+ shit(wtf was that shit, Iori outta flames???)...
its a pity that such a nice game would show up so many bugs.. hope they make a new version excluding that... hitting from back from the front then the guy teleports to backwards... sorry that is just a bit ridiculous xD.

Me parece que SNK no tendria que haberlo dejado ir, sino no solo tendrian los mejores juegos de pelea en 2D, sino que tendrian el mejor OST de los juegos de lucha. @kenmasterchile And sadly one of the worst. KoF12 was a disgrace to everything SNK's ever done. It was SNK's "Fighting Evolution" if you get my meaning. Thankfully, KoF13 looks outstanding so far.

Cancel the recovery on the teleport by hitting AC during the animation then guard cancel the DM and do short hop B.
Love the Hibiki combos! I sub with Hibiki so i may have to study those combos better!

Err, what? I heard it was pretty much the same version as the NeoGeo/Arcade. The only issues I've heard about are slowdowns.

They are really not practical. These are bug combos or very conditional combos. Just for fun and demonstration.
