HOLY SHHHH.. I’ve been playing for YEARS, and I literally just unlocked priff a couple of days ago 😂 I’m lazy when it comes to quests though 😅 Total level 2604 when I unlocked it LOL
@@EhBitTV just alot of free time I guess. Mostly I find a quest I want to do and go for all the requirements and just keep repeating. But it isn't no rush :) I just want prif so bad because its like Rivendell from lord of the rings to be honest haha
I couldn’t agree more regarding unlocking and utilizing Player Owned Farms as soon as you possibly can. You can even make money once setup properly in the mid-high levels!
I always, always say, make sure to have fun. I'm talking just explore, just learn through trial, and do what you ENJOY. That's how you really play the game
This is great for new players. The quests that give new players/low levels experience in various skills should definitely be priorities for getting from Beginner to Low level content. :)
Finally a video that doesn’t start with get your quest cape. While I do plan on completing all quests, that by no means is something that I can do quickly. That is a long term goal that is completed in conjunction with many other things. This video gave me some good ideas for things to do. Thank you.
Just recently started as well looking at all guides. 4th account reset since the meta change better quality than before. looking forward to your future vids. subcribed officially
Welcome everyone to runescape, where the unusual things become inspiration for your art. there's a lot of very strange things to find in this game with updates stretching beyond the years. as you explore runescape, you're going to run into content that may seem sort of under developed and unfinished. when that happens, just keep in mind that the content in question is old. it hasn't had an opportunity to update in years. that is because there is just so much stuff in this game to find. think of runescape as a game that's like walking around inside a gigantic treasure chest full of stuff as a tiny pebble. the contrast between the new and old updates found in this game just happen to conflict with each other yet at the same time provides an interesting charm where not many games take on: a game that has a history visible to the people of the internet. It's almost as if you're taking a look at the past and culture of the game. not many games has as rich of a history as runescape imo. it's all as unique and interesting as the bank accounts most players usually have. In any case, the game is so big. Have fun, take your time, and good luck!
This is incredible Protoman :D Your rythm is flawless. I'll give this video a watch and recommend it, while I wait for the Nintendo Reveals at E3 later today :D
Ty now for older players/maxed! I'm a casual player with an 18 year old account, I maxed recently and im sure there's plenty of content I've missed etc..!
Great video I played OSRS back in 07 as a child and dipped my toes in RS3 in 2015 both good games for their own reasons just a quick question would you recommend personally getting membership at the get go if you know you like the game or perhaps being F2P till you reach version combat level or skill total level? I understand it’s everyone’s own choice to see how they feel about membership whether it’s for them or not but if someone who was an OSRS member as well as a RS3 member previously is it a good idea to get straight back into membership from the get go? Thank you for any answer or advice :)
I have a video about when u should get membership. But if u have a existing account with 1K+ total level play f2p for a day and then play members if u like it
How many do this game get new players. I barely see any lower level players. Whenever there is a new players it’s often old players using their other account. I remember back in the days there used to be so many lvl 3 in lumbridge fighting goblins and cows.
Ahahaha called me out on the goblins and cows literally me grinding my magic level bc I’m a free-to-play character and have never played RuneScape before. Since starting, I have seen a couple of new players as well, I guess ppl give up once they realise you need a membership to unlock more of the game.
I logged around 45 hours a while back and I mostly did mining and smithing with a little combat and have recently picked the game back up continuing on that path, now I’m mostly making adamant armor sets and selling them on the GE I think I have a little over 1.5 mill. What do I do with the money and am I playing the game wrong?
Hmm you see now it’s weird to me that I’m almost max combat and have more then a handful of skilling 99s and I still haven’t done a good number of these things, just me here?
I have 99 range, def, and summoning but I have never done any PvM. I have 99 runecrafting but I cant make lunar runes and blood runes. My account is 13 years old and 2100+ total but I only have 56 quest points and not even Dragon Slayer done :|
"Things you MUST do as a new player in Runescape" Everytime I see "you MUST" with emphasize on "MUST" in an open world game I get kinda annoyed. You dont have to do shit, you can play however you like and do whatever you want to do. Most important thing is HAVE FUN, not do this cuz some youtuber tells you that you MUST do it. Dont overgrind yourself, take small steps in each skill, explore the world, enjoy discovering all the small things. Take your time, dont be like those "elitists" doing same thing over and over again for 20 hours per day, cuz its efficient or whatever.
@@ProtoxxGaming but check your video's, all i am saying is this is not the first "video things must do, or for new players" not that it's the same video 100% word for word .
Quick heads up, Player owned farms require 17 farming and 20 construction, not the other way around.
The first thing you must do in RuneScape is HAVE FUN. Don't make it a chore. Go and explore the word, skills, and quests on your own pace.
😠I love this game.
@@snickle1980 why are you angry?
That is the big main thing. I play runescape solo, with no friends and little to no other player interactions
You one of them that thinks everyone should win the race ?
man, yes.
i have money to buy only month to buy membership and I began to feel very excited and anxious, but... I just want to have fun
I started 6 months ago as a new player and will unlock prif tomorrow. You've helped me immensely. Thanks for all the vids

Good job. I'm max 99s and just barely did prif last year. I hate questing..
Not sure why I'm watching this, I'm basically maxed haha. Guess I was just excited to wake up to a Protoxx video.
Same for me, I just enjoy his videos
i think its nice to refresh some of the knowledge, as i like mentoring new players that are especially excited about the game. Its really fun
It's because you're not actually maxed? Jk
Literally me too lol
I was confused still am
